Once again, this public library woman disrespected visitor and anyone else by not addressing noises making by a toddler. The visitor received a royal runaround and offer to go someplace else as their location is too small. The library worker pressed the issue how library is for anyone. I am in the library as well and DO NOT WANT TO HEAR TODDLERS BANGING AND ADULTS HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL HIS FAMILY WOULD LEAVE. THE BLOND, MIDDLE-AGED FEMALE TALKED TO ME THE SAME WAY A FEW MONTH AGO. Read moreMy family and I love this Library we’ve been living on the southside for about 10 years and Coming here for about the last 8,their programs to prepare children for school are absolutely great .they also offer homework help which is such a blessing .the staff is always friendly with the smile ,no matter when I come in .they do a really good job getting these kids help with education that some parents can’t do. they care about the kids and the Library is very clean,including bathrooms. Read moreI'll start by saying that all Columbus Metropolitan Libraries are amazing. I frequent the Marion-Franklin, Parsons and South High locations and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. However we love the Wednesday night "ready for kindergarten" class with Mrs. Elisa, she is so helpful, polite and very genuine. My 2 year old id very shy and rarely interacts with other adults but even she adores Elisa. We need more people like Mrs. Elisa in this world.
