Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Columbus

This location has always been our location of choice for years because we live over an hour away, and it's the closest, easiest location to get to. I went through last week, and unfortunately, I won't be back. A friend of mine sent me some money to pick us up some food. I ordered our usual, and typically, it's about $25. I was not told a total at the speaker or window, I handed them my card, and when I got my receipt, I was charged almost $45. I asked for a manager, and she told me she didn't have the capability to process a refund, and i'd have to come back when the GM was there. I told her I didn't live near by, i'm over an hour away, and I was done training at my new job and didn't have to come all the way back to Columbus anytime soon. She gave me coupons and cheesecake, and that was it. I called the GM the following day, and he said I needed to be present for my refund and his hands are tied but that the manager that day should have been able to refund me. I just started a new job and have been driving back and fourth from my home town (over an hour away) to Columbus all week and highly dependant on the little money I had for gas until my first payday. I have called corporate several times with no answer. I called my bank and have the receipt still, and they are disputing the charge for me. I don't appreciate being stolen from, and it's completely ruined any chance of us returning...

Stopped in Sun Aug 23 2:30pm. Brianna was our server. We love Skyline and were looking forward to it since we haven't been in the area in a while. Ordered 2 small size 4 ways, one beef with onion and one chicken with onion. Fast service as usual but my GF's did not have onion. Had to flag down server who brought us a cup of chopped onion. Delicious as usual. Finished our meals and got the bill and noticed we had been charged for 2 "regular" meals instead of small. We were discussing it when another server noticed there was an issue and came over and asked if she could help (did not catch her name). We explained we ordered smalls and she charged us for regulars. She said that we were served regulars. We haven't eaten here in a while and didn't know what a "small" looked like. She got our server involved and they were nice enough to discount the bill down to the 2 "smalls" that we ordered. I ordered two plain hot dogs through the drive-thru, and took the food home to my daughter. There was a long, black fake eyelash or some type of hair laying across one of the hotdogs. It was disgusting! Thank goodness I saw it before my child ate it. I called the restaurant and told them about the issue and stated that I would be on my way back to exchange the food. I would not have even exchanged the food but it is my daughter’s favorite fast food. When I took the food back, the worker exchanged the hot dogs but did not even apologize at the very least. They should have made it right with the customer and refunded me the money for the bad experience or could have given a complementary coupon. I will never go back to this Skyline Chili ever again! Not recommended anyone else...
