There needs to be a zero star option for this place. I went there on a hot summer evening and there was no air conditioning. It’s kinda hard to relax when your entire body is sweating. There was no one at the check in counter when I arrived so the people sitting at a chair a few feet away shouted over that I could check in using the I-pad. Super unprofessional! The worst part was my manicure because the woman cut my cuticles using some kind of buffer tool on five separate fingers. It really hurt and drew blood. Another woman came over during my manicure dnd spoke to try tech in a language I couldn’t understand. She was pointing to my fingers and gave a different tool and dip powder to use. It felt uncomfortable, like what did she do wrong to my nails? Worst experience ever.

I used this place from 2002 until I left the state in 2013. Every. Single. Time I went there for a full set of acrylics I would end up messing up one of my nails trying to get in the car. Every. Single. Time they would fix it for free and never appeared angry about it or annoyed with me. I also love that they have colored/glittered acrylics (not sure if they still have this) I have provided pictures of 2 of the times I had them use the colored acrylic for my tips.

First time going today for a gel fill and cats eye polish . The gentleman did a great job in a timely manner , was gentle and respectful. The nails look fabulous 👌 ill be going here from now. And yes if you get a higher quality/fancy polish its going to cost more i spend 75 dollars every fill cause I get cats eye its what I like . Highly recommend 👌

I truly cannot believe this has happened. I went here with my mom on 4/27, my 20th birthday. After having a very difficult month, I was very excited to receive my mani-pedi with gel polish. Right away, the lady who performed my service began telling me my nails were short and I should be growing them more. She then proceeds to file and shape them despite their already quite short length. I was a bit concerned by this, but figured that she was the professional, so surely she must know what is best. She of course trimmed and filed my toenails as well. A few days later, I started to feel soreness in my big toe on my right foot. I begin to worry that my fears regarding her trimming my nails were comming to fruition, but not wanting to have to deal with an ingrown toenail situation, I decided to ignore the pain the best I could. Six days after the pedicure, the pain was too intense to ignore, and, to my horror, I was faced with what was undoubtedly an infected ingrown toenail. I am not saying necessarily that the lady who did my pedicure caused the issue (although that is very possible), but I find it so disturbing that this woman decided to trim and provoke an area that, with her training and experience, she should know to avoid. The story does not end there. The next day, I noticed the thumb on my right hand was ingrown as well. This is exactly where I saw her trimming and filing and was concerned that an ingrown nail could appear. The fact that she noted out loud how my nails were already short and proceeded to manipulate them is what really bothers me. I am an art student-- I am constantly using my hands and touching all kinds of things. Now, I have to deal with intense pain on my dominant hand anytime I draw, type, etc.. Making matters worse is the fact that I am immunocompromised, meaning an infection in either my finger or my toe could cause immense issues to my health. My mom let me know she noticed soreness in her toes as well, although I do not know all the details about it Regardless, I am of the impression that either the people working here either do not know what they are doing or have little to no regard for proper care of their customers. I understand shaping, trimming, and filing nails are these people's jobs, but when health and safety is on the line, they cannot be overlooked in the interest of having "perfect nails". I am so upset that a fun and relaxing trip to the salon as a birthday treat has become a medical disaster that could end in major illness or expensive trips to the doctor. I fully intend to call the establishment back asking for a refund; after what has happened, it is the least...

I have been to this salon a couple times in the past, and they were all ok experiences. I went in last week and had such a horrible job done on my nails. I asked for a balance with gel paint. I have a coffin style shape. The older lady who works there asked if that was the shape I still wanted, I said yes. The drill was used to do most of the shaping and she filed them so much, they are ruined. I expressed to her to much had been taken off the sides. The paint job was not good as well. I asked for a third coat, the color I chose was a light pink so it tends to be streaky and needs more coats. She reluctantly did but did not paint a third coat on each nail but did spot painting on the nails she thought needed it. I had spoke up several times, that I was not happy and tried to see what she could do to correct it all. But after awhile of her not getting it and 2 hrs. Later I just wanted out of there. Cost me $47.00. I was sick to my stomach when I left as I only am able to afford my nails done once monthly. I will be having my nails soaked off and paying for a new set next time, because she has messed the shape up so much, she also put super glue on the tips of my acrylic and real nail to hold them together. Im guessing because of the aggressive filing that took place. For now I have to deal with my nails as they are. Which they are horrible looking. I will never go back to that salon again. As I was waiting for my nails to dry another lady came in and told the other man working there, that she did not want the older women doing her nails because she does a horrible job. I really think people need to either take classes to keep up with the styles and to better their techniques, or they should not be doing nails, period!!...

“BE WARE Perfect Nails at Hilliard Rome Road By Kroger.”... No Receipt...only hand written, on scrap paper only. All cash money goes directly to there pocket. Worst experience and very rude people. Also they charged more than their service was on their Board. My daughter just got her gel nails done just on her hands without a mani. There cost for gel nail is $15 but when she went to pay they charged her $22. Just to paint her hands. Also they did not give her a receipt if you pay cash. They want her to pay cash. Here is main part, if you pay with credit card th total amout they charged me was around $24. And You only get your credit card payment receipt but no service receipt. When you ask why there is different charge for cash payment and credit card payment she said it was none of my business. They said there is tax included which is not the problem. But where is the receipt? The lady said there is no receipt. So basically there is so much tricks they will do upon payment but they never will tell you the actual charge. People be aware at this “Perfect nail Salon” at Hilliard Rome Road located by Kroger plaza. They have very rude behaving people. Try some other salon that treats you better and at least. They shouldn’t fool you into charging you more then the price is without...
