I’ve been going here for years for eyebrow threading and eyebrow threading only. When I went in to get my brows done before vacation I noticed they do bikini waxes. I’ve never done this here before. I could the chance so I didn’t have to go to my usual spot. Immediately she (idk what her name is) and another person, who I guess was shadowing?, start. She waxed twice when I noticed she was giving me a full Brazilian. I told her no no no I want a BIKINI wax and she didn’t seem to understand. So I said multiple times JUST the bikini line..a bikini wax. The person shadowing also didn’t wear gloves while she was assisting. I left with half of my hair gone and the wax job was horrible. She blamed it on my shaving, but I hadn’t shaved in over a month so I know it wasn’t because the hair was too short. On top of all that she left wax all over my skin. I highly suggest NOT getting any type of waxing done here and I will also be getting my brows threaded...

I had the worst experience at the salon today. Went for full arm and underarm waxing . There were two people waxing my hand and after job is done , they couldn't wait until the customer gets dressed and leave the room but instead felt that it's okay for them to get their underarms done. I should mention it was awkward since it was a small room . My experience doesn't get better , I wanted to get my face wax done and the person who is waxing my face was so clumsy or in a hurry not sure , dripped the wax right into my eye . I didn't hear an apology either from the person who did my waxing ( all I heard was giggling and talking in their own language ) nor the owner which was pretty surprising .

I have visited the salon many a times , this was my first worst experience . Not recommending this place since I felt the staff didn't seem to care about...

They don't know their pricing. Last time, I came in and got done eyebrows, upper lip and sides San they charged $18. Next time I went in they charged me $21.

The first time i went in it was pretty busy, so they had the receptionist do my upper lip! I was shocked and then the girl ruined my eyebrows. When I told her that one eyebrow looks thinner than the other she wouldn't admit to it. Then I asked another lady and she agreed but the lady doing my eyebrow wouldn't fix it.

I went in on a Saturday and the owner was on her phone. I was the only one waiting and she wouldn't take me in.
