Soiree beauty Gahanna — Attraction in Columbus

I came here to get basic gel color done on October 7. I had an appointment after this, so I asked the nail tech if we had enough time (I booked for an hour and fifteen minutes).

She spent the whole hour and fifteen removing the polish. She said it was because I had a rhinestone on each nail and it took longer to remove. When I asked her why she told me she had enough time to do my nails, she said “ ‘we’ didn’t anticipate removal taking this long.” I am not a nail tech, which is why I asked if I booked enough time.

I had to leave with the craziest looking nails because she only removed the polish and not the builder material or the gel x nail that was on one of my fingers. I paid for a full removal service despite not actually getting one. You can still see polish on some of the nails. All I got from the tech was a sorry, and it didn’t make me feel better.

She was also fully prepared to paint over the old builder material and put another gel x nail over the old one in an effort to save time. I was speechless. Normally I don’t leave reviews, but this visit left me so disappointed because I took time off of work to come here, and I’ve never had a...

This is hands down the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. I have always felt anxious and uncomfortable in previous nail salons I’ve gone to due to feeling rushed out the door. Soirée has totally changed that for me. I look forward to my appointments every 3 weeks. Everyone there is so nice and talented! The atmosphere is so relaxing and laid back. I never feel hesitant to ask for what I want. I see Hailey and she is so amazing I love her. She is so skilled, talented, and educated on what she does. The first time I went she explained everything that she was doing and I learned so much. I get so many compliments on my nails and they are the healthiest they have ever looked and felt. I’ve been getting my nails done every 3–4 weeks for nearly a year now; and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. The techs are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable—the level of talent is unmatched. I’ve witnessed firsthand how seriously they take cleanliness and sanitation, which makes me feel confident and cared for every time.

I personally schedule each visit with the amazing Ryn; but I follow all of the Worthington techs on social media. They’re all incredibly gifted--you really can’t go wrong, no matter who you book with!
