All-around pretty good Asian grocery store. Just happen to find it by doing a quick search. They have a very nice fresh meat selection. I was impressed by the large variety of fresh and frozen meats! There is a fresh bun /bakery area in the back. Although, I was slightly disappointed because everything was sold out for the day ...totally my problem because I didn't visit until near closing time. What was left in the cases looked delicious. Online it looks like they have a hot food menu but it was busy in the back and closing so I didn't have time to double-check that. If they still serve hot food I will definitely be going back to try! It is a clean average-sized grocery store with a decent selection. I will say due to being late I wasn't able to thoroughly look at everything but I will be going back. There is a very nice selection of dishes in the front of the store as well as a good selection of cookware and rice cookers etc. They were busy and I did have to wait in a good-sized line to checkout. Though my overall impression is that this store stays busy. Checkout went quick considering the line and the employee was very friendly. My only real complaint is I bought quite a few very beautiful dishes but they didn't wrap them or separate them when bagging. I wish they would have at least put each dish in a separate bag if they don't provide paper to separate or bubble wrap. I think that would be the only reason I would consider changing my rating. I'll be going back to try the food so I'll reassess everything then and do a quick review edit if needed. Produce, forgot to mention the produce. Nice large selection of produce. I just didn't get a chance to look through it. There were a few things either they don't carry or I could find like daikon (pickled radish ) and Korean bread crumbs. But it was a fast stop so I'm sure I probably missed it and didn't have time to ask. Overall would recommend shopping here. I have purchased more dishes and they were properly wrapped so I'm thinking they were just extra busy. Update on the bakery in the back ...peach cake...
Read moreThe place is neat and well organized, I was surprised to see a noodle station in the middle of the store and me and my hubby enjoyed eating there, I ordered their signature pho soup, and my hubby ordered egg yolk bun and it was delicious! The pricing is fair and the service was amazing, staff are very friendly and patient, I say that because while we are waiting for our order there was one lady who is so picky about food that she wants something that is healthy for her and she questions if the food there is healthy and wanted certain ingredient on the food instead of looking at the menu on the screen lol... but the staff gladly explained and finally took her order (no joke lady was asking for almost 30 mins) I am excited to go back to try some of their dumplings, I just wish they have a bobba milk tea selection for drinks but for now they only offer hot tea which is I am curious to try next time! By the way if you are craving for Balot, its best to buy...
Read moreGreat store overall! But....one of their employees need major customer service training or she just needs to be let go. She is rude never smiles or says a word. We don't know her name since they do not wear name tag. She is a Latina female who is rude to people. Everytime we go we notice she tends to roll her eyes and when she gives people their receipt or money back she shoves it to their hand with such a bad attitude. When she rings up the total she never tells people their total amount. I know she can speak because when a Latina/Latino customer comes in she greets them with such respect and talks to them with smiles. But why can't she do that with everyone else. She bring such bad vibes to that store. Please re-train her or hire someone else please. And to that woman if you do not like working at an Asian store go work somewhere else! No need be rude to people who enjoys...
