Intimate Ideas — Attraction in Commerce Charter Township

In a world that is supposed to be non-judgmental and non-exclusive, this company is very judgmental and likes to exclude people. I'm all with people loving who they love and what gender they want to be but what I'm not for is for people to try to judge or exclude someone because they might not agree with their beliefs. Maybe people that work there can learn how to use more compassion and put themselves in their shoes. I will never shop at this store and I'll make sure I tell all my friends that is a terrible place to go to. What doesn't make sense to me is people don't want to be judged or excluded then why do they do it to others? That's contradictive and sounds like a hypocrite to me. The sad thing about it is nobody wants to question this or the managers because in their mind what they're doing is right and Justified. And the owner doesn't care as long as he has his many stores and houses. To make someone feel less than or rejected is unprofessional shows a lack of empathy and no compassion. Maybe one day they'll get a manager in there that actually values people and not try to belittle them. Why isn't hard work and punctuality valued more than a persons sexual identity? Nobody deserves to be rejected or excluded. Think about that next time, a genuine person comes to your establishment with ideas, opinions and beliefs. We all have a right to think what we think, but we do not have the right to judge belittle or ostracize another person because they think we don't fit into their agenda. Hopefully this does not cause offense to anyone but wanted to let it be known how that store is with their customers and employees. Thanks for letting me share. Don't bother Sales staff is rude . Won't let you bring purse in so I asked her to get merchandise while I stood at counter. Doesn't even ask which one I want brings something and I say not that one it's hanging next to it. She says in that case leave . Wow what heart Customer service. Door says no large bags or back packs. My purse is actually 7 inches by 6 inches. She then said no bigger than a wallet. Lazy . Stay away...

The girl who helped us here (after our awful experience at the waterford location) was SO knowledgable, helpful, funny. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
