Bees Sweet & Coffee — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

Pros: They have amazing coffee! The cookies are delicious — I highly recommend getting the coffee shake; the cup top it comes with is adorable.

Cons: We weren’t greeted when we came in, and it wasn’t clear where or how to order. No one was at the front counter when we arrived. We ordered two drinks, two cookies, and a small Turkish delight, but it took an unusually long time to receive everything. It seemed like the staff hadn’t had a chance to review how to make basic coffees or handle customer service before opening.

Overall: I think they might have had a rough weekend, and I’ll definitely come back to see if we just caught them at a bad time — the quality of the coffee makes it worth giving them...
