Total bait and switch! They get you in based on their fake adds, and when you get there, they offer you the same furniture with cheap material. Waisted 4 hours of my life on them. Learn from me. Save yourself the misery!

I wasn't the one with confusion, if you had bothered to call, you would have known that. My issue is with you and fraud! You advertised a couch with a closeup of your fabric. I called and spoke to your representative. He told me the couch was at your la store and that I could go look at it. I drove an hour to get there. When I asked your employee in the showroom where the couch was, he informed me it was upstairs but the fabric on the couch was not the fabric that was i would be getting for the advertised price. I went upstairs, looked at the couch, and was ready to buy it until I saw the swatch of fabric that was going to be on the couch I would be getting. I then went back to your website. I opened up the add. I scrolled to the close up picture showing the detail of the fabric in the add with the same lower price. It was the same as what was on the couch in your showroom. I showed it to your sales reps that confirmed to me that was a photo of the fabric on the couch in your showroom. I was then informed that I could have the same fabric, but it was going to cost me another $800.00. At this point I waisted 2 hours. Obviously, I wasn't interested in paying extra for your scam. I then called your customer service number. I spoke to a nice kid that seemed to really want to help. He said he would get back to me about your company honoring your add. 2 days later he texted me "after our conversation, my manager updated the price" and sent me a link. On the link, he raised the price of the couch $800.00. At that point I waisted 4 hours of my life. Moral of the story....... Don't ever shop from this company unless you like bait and switch, fraud, poor customer service, being lied to to your face, and wasting 4 hours of your day. I am so disgusted by this company and their un sincere response that I happily took 20 more minutes of my time to hopefully save good people like myself what would be hard to see another way than soul...
Read moreBuyer BEWARE! This company will SCAM you! If I could give 0 stars I would! They shipped the wrong product with the incorrect advertised dimensions. At first they agreed in writing to refund the money by a certain date and have the items handled and shipped by their company. When I asked for a receipt of refund they fraudulently began to cover-up the responsibility for sending incorrect items and never paying the refund amount. They have adjusted the refund policies multiple times, since not paying the refund. This company will SCAM you! They cannot be trusted!!!
RE: LA Furniture Store Response LA Furniture Company has had 6 weeks to provide a shipping company to pickup the incorrect items. I did not authorize the purchase of these items that were falsely advertised. I contacted LA Furniture Store the day the incorrect items were delivered. A full refund was agreed upon in writing between LA Furniture Store and myself (customer) BEFORE the pickup date of the incorrect items. LA Furniture Store also placed in writing they would be responsible for shipping and handling. That date has passed. I still have not received a refund, nor have the items been picked up. I did not authorize the purchase of these items! Again, Buyer BEWARE!! Read moreMy experience with them was very bad. We went to the Flagship store in CA from NJ hoping that I get to see before I buy what I need to furnish my whole house. We worked with a designer and picked all the items needed and that process took like 2 full days. I had only one special order item and the rest of them are in stock at the Flagship store so they informed me that they will ship it to me in the next 3-4 weeks. I was OK with that.. Since then, we received parts of our order after 6-8 weeks and everytime we call they inform us that it is on the container or the container doesn't leave for the next 2 weeks.. I have made numerous calls to them asking for status and they don't follow up promptly. During May, I got a call from them to let me know that some missing items in the order will take time and if I wanted to cancel. Without hesitation, I canceled and they refunded me the money. I was told my special order will arrive in 10 to 12 weeks and it is 16+ weeks and I am still calling them till today to find out where it is and so on. Till date, I haven't heard anything about the special order item. They are extremely disorganized, they lack the sense of customer service, they don't respect or value customers time nor do they care anything about it.
