A2D Appliances — Attraction in Hollymead

We both (my wife and I) recommend this store/business to everyone and anyone in need of any type of appliance. They are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and they make sure you don't leave without having a question answered. What I like about them is they will let you shop and look around at your pace and not hound you but, there when you have a question. I appreciate that in a business. So we bought a GE stove/range from them and a GE dishwasher both work amazing. They were there for us as customers no pressure. The 2 guys that picked up the dishwasher for us was knowledgeable and helpful as well polite and caring. They showed us even how to use it installation was awesome. I will use them again as well. Buying from a family and local company has proven to us it is better than the big box stores thank you all!!!!!!!! We will be back and will be and having been telling everyone about you all. I went there in need of a new washing machine and selected one to purchase. The next day I had "buyers remorse" and went back to change my selection. They were very kind and most willing to accommodate me. My machine came without an operators manual, which seems to be the trend these days. I called A&D to see if they might have access to one and was told they did not. About 15 minutes later, without having been asked, the person with whom I had spoken called me with a phone number of the manufacturer to see if they could help me. I called and was told they would email me one that day and that I would receive a hard copy within 6-8 weeks. I did NOT get an email, but in about 2 weeks did receive a hard copy and called to thank them. I have not had such good service and efforts made to fulfill my needs from any company I have dealt with in recent years. Anytime I need to update appliances A&D will be my choice. If you need a new appliance, do not go anywhere else. A2D's pricing cannot be beat. Not only is their pricing excellent, but also the staff is wonderful. It is a family owned business, and you can tell. Everyone is so kind, wants to make sure you are taken care of and seem genuinely happy to be at work. I got a glass cook top, saw it before I left, and everything seemed perfect. When we got home and my husband unwrapped the plastic, he saw a large crack. My husband called and they had no issue exchanging it. They trusted me when I told them we did not do anything that would have caused damage. They could have easily told me that it was on me, but I was taken at my word and picked up the replacement the next day. Our dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, and refrigerator are all from A2D.
