Beginning of summer 2023, I purchased a membership for my toddler. I thought $10 a month is a really great deal. They had just added the new playground with ball pit, which definitely made it worth the value. I watched closely over the summer-fall to see if they would keep up with it the cleanliness of the playscape, but they have not. Every time I went I was hopeful to I see it’s been deep cleaned. I’m not asking for it to be perfect each time. I understand that children running around constantly make a lot of mess but I’ve been to many playscape places and they keep it clean! I spoke to the manager about the issue on the phone once and then in person, he acted like he was going to get it taken care of, but never did. I’ve recently gone again and seen that they’ve done absolutely nothing! There is a piece of gum stuck to one of the slides that would need some goo gone or something to remove that’s been left for over three months and it’s really disgusting and I dont feel right about continuing on paying for a membership. I don’t even feel comfortable enough bringing my toddler to play! Every few days most surfaces should be being wiped off with a disinfectant cleaner in corners as well. It’s a breeding ground for hand, foot mouth and other bacteria, etc. It’s full of dust, hair and food in the cracks/corners of the steps, not to mention harder to reach areas are dusty and gross as well. I don’t know what else to do except for review them poorly. I canceled my membership and asked for a refund for the previous month and to not the charged for the end month charge, they obliged. Along with then playscape being gross, there are exposed trampoline springs where the protective mats and trampolines have not been tied together, as they are supposed to be for safety!! It only takes is one persons foot to slip in and get twisted or broken. There’s parts of exposed metal pieces with no safety coverings meeting as they should be where little hand could get cut! This place is just not being kept up and there seems to be no one taking pride in this business, I don’t know who owns it, but they’re not doing a very good job of maintaining it. There was one point during the summer that one of the trampolines had an entire hole in it, which is extremely dangerous and is a lawsuit waiting to happen due to negligence. The hole was not blocked off or taped up . It was just left like that for a month!! I can’t find my photo I took of it but It is fixed now and the manager told me that it took so long to fix because over the summer things are really busy and hard to get repaired and they have to custom order trampolines in order to get it repaired. I get order time, but it should’ve been blocked off in that area so that no injuries could occur! The staff are lazy and that’s just the truth of it. Hire a cleaning crew if that’s what is needed! My friend went recently which is 5 months later past this review and said it still hadn’t been cleaned. Wow!

Big trampoline park. Clean facilities. This was our very first time at this trampoline park and I purchased our tickets ahead of time online. Trying to check in up front a woman jumped ahead of us in line and the employee helped her before us. NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT STATE I NEEDED TO PURCHASE GRIP SOCKS!! I saw no option for that on the website while buying the tickets. I had no idea until after about 15 minutes of my kids playing my daughter came to me crying saying some man told her she couldn’t play on the trampolines because of her socks (she just had regular socks on). No employee came up to me to explain instead they told my 6 year old who came crying to me. Not a good way to handle the situation! So we purchased some socks (about 4 dollars per pair) Also the guy (a teenager) working there closed off the section where the foam pit and trapeze bar was. My son only got to try it once. I thought maybe he was going on a break but he was just walking around the jumping area. Definitely not a good first time experience here and for these reasons we will not return.

Great indoor trampoline and adventure facility. Came for a neighborhood birthday party and was impressed with the friendly staff, clean surroundings, diversity of activities and overall fun had. Featuring an expansive selection of trampoline based actives from foam pits to dodgeball, the main court to basketball as well as a maze and rock wall. Well managed and supervised by friendly staff. While the food options are somewhat limited- they have a good selection of snacks and drinks. With various packages available you can play for 90, 120, or 180 minutes starting at $15.99 for 6 and under or $18.99 for open jump (as of September 2023). They have membership options and also host all inclusive events such as birthday parties and get togethers. Small selection of video games. Ample seating and dedicated party rooms are available with a party booking. Handicap parking and accessible building. Changing tables in the family restroom. Definitely on our list of places to visit again.

The management of this establishment deserves a negative 5.

Let me start by 1st saying I can here to my child's birthday party. Initially everything was fine even though they seemed unprepared, did not have forks, napkins, waters or enough plates. The kids in the party did enjoy the trampoline aspect of being here. However, fast forward to checkout, today is game day 1 of the semifinals between the Warriors and Rockets. My family and I being huge fans deliberately made sure we stayed away from every tv screen so we can watch the game after the party. At check out, Shaki who is apparently the manger or owner proceeds go o talk about the game. I asked her to stop because I have not watched the game and she preceded to tell me we lost. I was like wow, I just told you I have not watched the game and she ruined it for me. You would think this is a meaningless conversation, which it would be, however when I said it was rude for her to continue telling me about the game when I specifically asked her to stop she so very arrogantly said my bad we lost you do t need to bother watching and let me know we lost by 4 points. I was like wow you really ruined the game for me. She still insisted with her arrogance and I finished with my receipt. As I went back to gather my belongings she was snickering and making facing at me which was noticeable by my entire party. I went back to the counter and asked if she had a problem because she was clearly making faces at me. She was so unbelievably arrogant and rude I can not believe she is in a management position. She asked why I was so upset and I again had to explain that I did not wish to hear anything regarding the game, she so arrogantly said how could you not you are in front of the tv. Well hello little miss, I intentionally sat away from every tv screen to make sure I did not see anything. I let her know that she lacks customer service and she basically shrugged her shoulders and said my bad. Her actual word were, what are you 4, who cares if I said something about a game. Mind you I asked her to please stop in the initial convo. Now fast forward to all the kids putting on their shoes, I am having a conversation with members of my party about how she so rudely ruined the score of the game for me. One of her employees decides it was appropriate to jump into my conversation and tell me how and what I should be saying. He was actually polite about it, but I asked him to mind his business and stay out of my conversation. As I was leaving this arrogant unprofessional girl, Shaki was smirking calling for the officer to escort me out when I let her know she is extremely unprofessional and should not be in management. She told me to shut up and leave. Who in a position does that??!?!???!! Needless to say I will never return to this establishment and do not recommend anyone to spend hundreds of dollars to have such unprofessional behavior from a supposed manager. To say I am passionate about my team would be an understatement, and her behavior was so appalling and rude. Some may read this review and thick meh, but to have this type of behavior from the person in charge that manages people and is responsible for the customer to have a pleasurable experience and still behaves this way leaves one to imagine what behavior they would receive in other scenarios. In all my years as a consumer I can not remember ever coming across someone who behaved in such a manner as Shaki....

So I have VERY mixed reviews about this place. When we entered, the frond desk staff was outstanding. They were very helpful and courteous. They made the process easy and explained it very straigh forwarward. The however did not mention any rules and procedures. It was a coincidence that I glanced over and saw them. They should at least direct people to view them.

That being said, I would still give them 5 stars. The reason i give them 3 stars is because of 4 particular incidents that made us want to leave in about 40 mins of being there although we paid for an hour.

My wife and I went there with our 2 kids. Our kids are under 2 years old and we were playing with them in one corner area. When we would jump on the trampolines, the kids would fall so to get them to run around a bit we were on our knees, holding them and bouncing with them until they became comfortable. While doing so, (now mind you I am in my late 20s/early 30s) a young man who worked there in an orange shirt yelled from about 5 trampolines down "HEY YO" made everyone within a 10 trampoline radius look over...and then came over and said "Yo bro, no sitting, get up!" I told him politely that I will in a minute once my kid is comfortable being here and he said "Not my problem, you cant sit here so either get up or go to the foam pits." My wife and I picked up our kids and walked over to the foam pits.

While we were in the foam pits, I am minding my business and my kids are having a blast in the foam pits with me and then I hear whistles blowing towards me. I look up and another young man in an orange shirt says (very politely) "sir, please make sure the kids dont sink in the foam pit" and I understand that and say thank you and we are back to having fun. Then my kids are getting a kick with me standing up and falling backwards and now another guy with a black shirt this time say to my wife "Maam, please tell him to stop doing that, he will hurt someone" at this point I am almost furious that how dare you say that to my wife, I am 2 feet from you, can you not say that to me? But I let it go, I'm still making sure my kids are having fun and we stay away from the crowds and mind our own business.

We go back to the trampolines as the kids are more comfortable and they are jumping there now. Mind you we are to a side. This one kid comes running through with his mom and they both jump on one of the trampolines where my kid was and my kid falls. I am 2 trampolines over and I charge there to pick him up and as I land on the trampoline next to his, mr orange shirt from the first time comes up running, "HEY, I told u to not sit, why dont you people listen." My question was what do you mean "YOU PEOPLE?" and his response was "people who just dont listen". Clearly this guy was 18 or 19 years old or at least acted like it. At this point I wanted to clock this guy but my wife calmed me down and said there is no point, he is just an immature kid.

My advice to management is that PLEASE teach your employees (the ones on the trampolies) to respect and treat others like humans. It is us patrons to your business that basically pay their salaries. A little humanity and respect goes a long way.

Apart from these experiences, the facility was well maintained, the other staff members were doing a great job to keep people safe and...
