Atlanta Hair Color Studio — Attraction in Decatur

I’ve been a loyal client at this hair studio for the past eight years, but unfortunately, my last experience left me very disappointed. I had scheduled an appointment three months ago at my last visit and even flew in from New York specifically for it. However, when I called the day of my appointment to confirm, I was told that my appointment was not in the system and that my stylist was fully booked and couldn’t accommodate me. After years of consistent business, I expected better organization and customer service. This experience left me questioning whether my loyalty and time are valued here. I hope the studio addresses these scheduling issues...

I've been coming here for hair coloring for a few years and I've always had a great experience! Jenna has always done an amazing job with my hair, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I always get the look I want (even when I first started coming and had no idea how to communicate what I wanted). I've tried out some other places as well, but Jenna has always been so consistently good and has never left bad or accidental marks in my hair like people at other studios have. All of the other employees who I've worked with here have also always been great. I'd definitely recommend Atlanta Hair...

I'm not sure if there was something going on with Lori today, but this was one of the most uncomfortable hair salon experiences that I've had the displeasure of engaging. I felt that she was sullen and terse and frankly quite rude at moments, which ultimately discouraged me from asking questions regarding the procedures that were being done and the future maintenance of my hair.
