I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU A ZERO!!!!!
This is first time I have EVER written a review as a complaint but absolutely necessary. Basically they stole my money and lied to me. I had my iPhone X fixed and they had really great customer service. When I got home the touch screen did not work so took it back and they again were great and ordered the new Apple Screen. They Manager called to let me know the phone was ready for pick up and I asked if they put on the new screen and was advised they had but when I pushed them they admitted they did not replace the screen and basically lied about it. I told them to put on the new screen and the Manager reluctantly did. I also asked them to replace the screen protector that I paid $35 for and they did not replace that either. They put the new screen on the phone and it still did not work. My original screen that was cracked had absolutely no problems at all, just didn't want the cracks as I have small children. I asked the staff to have the owner of the store call me, which he did. His first words out of his mouth were - What do you expect me to do with this and that he wasn't putting on a new screen and there is nothing they would do. When you get that answer what else can you do. He said it must be my phone and that "S@@T Happens" sometimes. Great response from an owner of a company. Pathetic. He did promise to refund the cost of the Screen protector which is now more than a month ago and is not refunded yet. My phone was still having major issues. Couldn't pick up calls, couldn't swipe, basically my phone was a waste of time. I bit the bullet and went to the Apple store yesterday and paid over $300 to put on a new screen. APPLE ADVISED ME THE SCREEN WAS NOT AN APPLE SCREEN AND WAS A VERY BAD REPLICA THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PUT ON MY PHONE. They replaced the screen and everything is working perfectly. This company lies, steals your money, does not put the customer first and uses inferior products, so be wary and go somewhere else for your repairs. Read moreAll I can do is say thank you to Fabian for taking such good care of me. I have Allstate insurance for my mobile device and kind have been through the wringer trying to get my iphone fixed due to functional issues. I was advised to go to Best Buy at which time the tech told me it could take up to 2 weeks before he can have a new screen. He then advised me to go to the Apple Store where they typically have stock on hand. I then went to Apple where I was told it would cost this and that and that I need a new phone and that the age of my phone will not update or lose functionality and that I probably what is going on. Then he tested it and it only ended up being a new screen for $279+. I did not pay that much for my phone and was to the understanding that I would pay my deductible and the phone could get fixed. So I left without fixed phone and came home to call Allstate again for another prion which is how I met Fabian who had me taken care of, phone fixed, less my deductible, completely hassle free, and even had a great chat with him too. Sad truth, Fabian told me whoever fixed my phone last did not properly glue the screen back down and that is why I lost functionality with the screen….same Apple Store I went to this past week. So moral of the story, avoid Apple Store if you can, and go see Fabian or Store Manager Lakeeta! They are sure to take care of you with honesty and extreme customer service. Read moreI purchase a battery from here and it has been hell. I purchased a battery for my Mercedes I had to exchange 3 times since I bought not even a month. I came back and told them what's the problem. They said it was my car. But before all of this I had Ac Delco in it. For 36 months. I exchange it under warranty twice. Since I sold those batteries out of my job because I worked in an auto parts store. I said let's try something different. We'll 3 batteries exchange within a month. They told me it was my car than they said you can upgrade to AGM battery. Well still doing the same thing. These batteries are not good at all and I paid almost 300.00 so when I went in to exchange they said I can only do one more time and that's it. This AGM battery is supposed to last 4yrs. And the warranty sucks. Never will I purchase a batteries from this place or any place. They don't stand behind their Product. We'll back to XL PARTS for batteries...
