Beauty Exchange Beauty Supply — Attraction in Pine Castle

Last night i had went to a different beauty supply store b4 this one. They did not have the hair i needed and recommended i go to “beauty exchange “ around this time was 8:40 , i realized they closed at 9. I was about 10 minutes away.. i called this beauty store and asked is it okay if i can come in at 8:50. I understand how it is to come in to a store right before they are closed. Off the bat, lady who answered the phone said “um if the door ain’t locked”. Okay. I walked in the store at exactly 8:50. First thing said to me was “we close in 3 minutes” i replied saying “i called and was told if the doors weren’t locked it was okay for me to get what i needed”. I started walking towards the hair , no one is there to help me grab the hair from the top shelf .. thankfully my friend who was with me was tall enough to grab the hair for me. as we are grabbing the hair someone yells “1 more minute” at this point i did get irritated because i understand you guys are closing , but i am a paying customer and again called prior to make sure it was okay. And honestly i was rushing anyways , i wasn’t slowly taking my time at all!! but i still headed to pay out . I asked the lady where i can find the red gummy gel she told me the aisle number and i turned to look for it couldn’t find it , she had attitude and kept repeating the aisle number instead of showing me or evening telling me if it was on the left or right. After i found it and proceeded to check out , she told me the price i put the money on the counter just because her hand was not out, i wasn’t trying to be rude at all. After she decided to put her hand out and wouldn’t pick up the money from the counter . I just grabbed it and put it in her hand . She didn’t even give me the correct change back either . Moral of the story is first time and last time . Never will i come here again, just because i feel as if im a paying customer, not only supporting the business but was respectful enough to call the store , why did i have to get rushed out and treated with disrespect from 3...

I give it a 1 star because the manager, or whatever his position is, seem to have an issue with me returning a merchandise that I purchased like 10 minutes prior to returning it. The female employee that helped me with this item was very helpful and patient. She looked for whatever I asked for and I was able to find the exact item I wanted. However, there was a mixed up and she gave me the wrong item that we agreed on while cashing out. I live 5 minutes from this store so when I reached home and opened it I realized that it was the wrong one. I jumped right back into my vehicle to return it only to find the store busier than I left it. Even with the crowd, the same female employee found time to grab the right item and give to me. So I went in line to do an exchange. The manager opened a register to help with the line. I explained to him that I got the wrong item and came back for the right one. He frowned as if I was doing something wrong. First of all, it wasn't my fault I received the wrong item. Second of all, the item wasn't worn so what is the issue??? He approached the female employee so she can explain what happened and then walked back to the register to hand me the item without saying a word. I guess he was upset. His face said it all. The item that I originally bought cost a couple dollars more than the one I exchanged for but he decided on his own not to give me the difference back. Yes they both are 50% off but that's not the point. The prices are different. I work for every penny I got. A store credit would of been nice at least. But he didn't say anything. I am a person that hates public scenes plus I was super tired from working all week doing multiple jobs in one day. I saw that the line was long so I just took the item and left. I would not be coming back to this location. If I could rate the female employee I would give her 5 stars for being so kind...

So we went to the store on 05/17/24 in we was looking for nails and a haitian flag for my auntie so we went to the store in we seen the nails on the rack so my auntie was finna buy them but she threw them in the flag box because she didn’t want them no more in also they didn’t have no Haitian flag so we left but while we was in the store this lady was following us like we was finna steal she was saying how the nails look off because my auntie was took one in threw it in the flag box where all the flags be so we came back 05/18/24 we went in the store again the lady came that be following people like they was finna steal she was acting like she was on the phone but was watching us we came back to the store for my sister ex boyfriend cousin because she wanted a ribbon in shorts so the lady started following us again so we all left the lady said “don’t come back” after that we came back the owner of the store showed us a unplayed of us “stealing “ the didn’t play the video but showed us it unplayed so we was confused so he said don’t come back unless with the cops or our parents so we didn’t come back but he are going to go the...
