Best Destin Beach House Rental, LLC — Attraction in Miramar Beach

I'll start by saying the location is fantastic. This is our first stay at this particular complex, but we have made several trips to this area. It's a little dated, overall, and the check-in area did not quite look like the pictures. The staff was very friendly. There are cookies at check-in, if you want them. Now, as for our unit... Upon opening the door we were hit with the stench of very strong seafood, or maybe it was dead crabs? I'm not really sure. All I know is it was really stinky. I made a call to the front desk and they sent someone from housekeeping who try to remedy the issue, but it only helps for a little while. we ended up buying candles and air freshener to make it a little better. then it got worst. In the guest bath there was a wash rag hung up like it was clean and ready to be used, but it was caked in something brown and disgusting looking. Moving on, I also found a pile of dirty towels in the master bath. At this point I question whether anything in the unit was actually clean. I called the front desk again, and then was given a return call from the property manager. She didn't sound like this was much of a big deal, or a surprise. At any rate, she did send someone to pick up the dirty laundry and bring a bag of fresh towels. The security guy overnight is also very friendly. If it hadn't been for the stink and the dirty towels and washcloths, this would have been at least a four star. Right now, three stars is being...

Cannot say enough GREATNESS about this. Jan and her son were so awesome to work with. My father past away in 2017 and I planned a trip with my mother to the beach for healing, however mom ended up with 2 hospital stays that made me have to cancel. Jan had recommended I get the travel insurance to be on the safe side when I originally booked and I am so glad she did. Itravel was top notch insurance and with proof of a medical issue, I was fully refunded except for the price of the insurance. So this year, 2018 it was a mother daughter trip however it was my 22 year old daughter and I. There was NOTHING needed during our stay. Jan even checked in on us within the first 24 hours to make sure everything was going well. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than expected. We had the best time. About one of the best vacations I have ever had. Being on the 2nd floor, we were able to just walk down the stairs and right out to the beach. The chairs with umbrella provided were painless and awesome. The view was awesome from our room and could have coffee on the balcony. Lots of people we met on the beach RAVED of Jan and will use no one else. I have to AGREE fully. We donated our beach plastic cups with straws for the next guest. I can say that I will be back and I fully recommend Best...

Thank you, we had a fabulous time. Prior to our departure from home, we had all of the information necessary to access the condo immediately when we arrived. After a long drive, there was no checking in, just let the vacation begin. There were nice little extras on the counter for us when we arrived, making us feel special. This two bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 8.The condo was clean and included a full kitchen and laundry facilities with wonderful walk out on the beach access. Beach toys, shuffle board, swimming pool, work out room, grills were all very handy for the occasion. Great place to eat not far away included Pompano Joes, AJ's (perfect at sunset), Fudpuckers and McGuires were some of our favorites. Bad Ass Coffee which is just down the street has a wonderful cup of Joe in the morning. Grocery store is within walking distance. Had a wonderful time everywhere we went and the morning walks on the white sandy beach picking up shells were priceless. Thank you again for this fabulous...
