DO NOT BUY OR SELL FROM THIS STORE! OWNER IS A THEIF! If you are considering selling your luxury bag at LuxExchange, do not. The owner, Melanie, is a thief. I have been shopping at her boutique for years and thought she was trustworthy. I gave her my Louis Vuitton to sell and we agreed it would sell for $1200. Months went by and I never heard anything. I went in to check it and she had lowered the price (without my permission) to $900. I told her I wanted to take it back since the price was too low. She then gave me a bag that was not mine! Since it was wrapped up I did not realized this until I went home. It was missing various pieces (the luggage tag, dust bag and lock/key). When I emailed her about it-no response. So I went in again but she was not there. The manager looked in the records and said my purse had sold in February for $1200 and "they sent me a check" which was a lie! I never got my money and instead she gave me the other purse with all the pieces on it. Please learn from my experience and do not trust this...

I'm so glad that I found this store! I discovered it accidentally while visiting the vape shop next door. It's the only store in probably a 200 miles radius, at least, that sells Louis Vuitton. Everything in the store is in great shape (some of it actually looks brand new), it's very convenient to get to, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpfull. I was able to get a surprise birthday present for my girlfriend without having to travel or order something online, plus save money! They also have a great website where you can view their inventory before visiting the store, or just order online. I will definitely be sending friends and family their way, as well as using them again...

WOW! LuxExchange is THE best shop to buy designer goods at a fraction of the cost. The concierge at my hotel recommended the boutique to me, when I was attending a conference in the Destin 30A area. I mentioned I wanted nice boutique shops and she referred me to City Market Bayside and LuxExchange. The owner and her team knew all of the brands I was interested in and showed me how to tell if my own bag was authentic. I bought a Chanel back as a "happy" from my trip and am so pleased with both the price and the look of it. If you're looking for a nice place to buy designer items, this is it.
