Don't deserve even one star!!!! Everything it's horrible there . Reception was horrible, the Doctor oh lord ...the doctor it's RUDE very RUDE ..... trust me I don't go back there even if they give me a free section on anything . I spend 1k for nothing I buy Botox and he think he is smart but I know how much I buy but when he use it I count how many time I got injection and don't macth so he didn't use 4 of I buy on me .... whatever you won't have me as a client stole from others I pay for !!!!! The filing I did like he didn't put nothing my face it's the same what a waist a money .NEVER again , and his atitude really arrogate . I told him I didn't see results and he got NASTY on me I was thinking my self really be nasty on me just spend 1k . He bring this iPad w/ pictures and showing me after 3-4 section . I told him forget about that picture look at my face and tell me if you see any improve because I can't see it . He start to talk another language I dunno what he saying but come on you have a client spend a lot money and you treat me like that I could go back and bring all my friends but he took he angry of him . I don't wanna argue w/ him I told him if we good because the conversation don't go no where and he said I am not done . I said I am and I walk way and he is so DUMP he told that secretary he want see me in 4 months what a JOKE . I have a lot bruise after 5 days that I got and he didn't saying a world about it I ask him why I am here for return consultation and he said for picture , really how about my bruise and he said I can't see the vein inside sometimes I can hit it and will bruise .... ladies don't lost your time or money on it .... he and all those ppl work there need MANNER and Great attitude to work w/ public . They don't have a bit . Hope I am...

I came for a consult treatment and decided to move forward with laser skin resurfacing, spending over $1,000 with the expectation of professional care from start to finish. The individuals performing the treatment were very kind as well as everyone there, so absolutely no issue there.

Unfortunately, the aftercare experience left me completely disappointed. Although I was given a few tiny samples and told to text with questions, that’s not a substitute for real post-treatment support.

I was not given any written post-care instructions — no take-home sheet, no email, nothing. When I asked about using my regular cleanser, I was told it was “fine,” even though it contains fragrance and essential oils — ingredients that should be avoided after advanced procedures.

Considering how intense and expensive this treatment was (and how vulnerable your skin is afterward), the lack of clear guidance or appropriate product recommendations felt careless and frankly, unsafe.

To make matters worse, I developed a cold sore — something I hadn’t experienced in years. I disclosed this history on my intake forms, and it’s disappointing that no preventative protocol was discussed or offered. This could’ve likely been avoided with proper attention to my medical history.

While I had done my own research and understood the before and after care, I was shocked at how little support was provided. I won’t be returning. If you’re considering a serious skincare procedure here, I highly recommend going elsewhere. You only get one face, and these treatments aren’t cheap — you deserve full support. If you still choose to come here, be prepared to manage your own care start to finish. I’ve had far less invasive procedures with far more professionalism and follow-through elsewhere. Very...

My go to spot!

I live in Sanford and tried a highly rated medical spa in Lake Mary that takes at least 2 weeks to get an appointment. My results there were nothing spectacular that I felt justified the wait and slightly higher pricing.

I've been to Lake Buena Vista Aesthetics several times and have had Dysport, Juvederm Volbella, and Juvederm Ultra XC.

My results are always amazing and everybody there is so nice and courteous! They will go above and beyond to squeeze me in for a same day appointment and even stayed slightly late the last time I was in just so they could still see me that day. Ashley is GREAT and really takes her time to get the results and look that you want. She asks you questions to make sure she understands exactly what you want the final outcome to be when doing fillers. The receptionist and owner are great too! It's a really comfortable and positive environment. Everyone is very knowledgeable; they explain everything and can answer any questions. They have always opened all products they've used on me straight from the original packaging in front of me.

Prices here are always good and every month they have price specials on different products (so definitely sign up for their e-mail list) that beat out any other clinic. Low prices but top notch results.

If this is your first time going to a medical spa or are looking to try somewhere new, I highly recommend Lake Buena...
