Bravo Supermarkets — Attraction in Lehigh Acres

Very helpful staff in locating items, ESPECIALLY bc I've yet to complete learning Espanol so the staff uses my harsh attempt at pronunciation (IF I even know products actual name&proper pronunciation) thus MORE often than not, I dont! The AMAZINGLY patient staff ALWAYS stops to help me & as WALK with me through the store locating items, they utilize time to gather info from the lil knowledge I'm able to give/crude description & ASSIST TO HELP LOCATE ITEMS I NEED & if RARE occurrence IH.EM'S out of stock...Staff finds out If & when product will be delivered. I have been to a few Bravo supermarkets, and this is my least favorite. The parking is very close together. On entering, everything is so close that the carts can only go one way. The plum tomatoes are very soft and expensive, and the iceberg lettuce were all spoiled. The meat selection is small and expensive compared to the other Bravo supermarkets. These are the things I went shopping for, so it's what I'm commenting on. Upon checking out, the cashier had absolutely nothing to say. And on returning the cart, the young lady returning the carts hit my 88 year old mom with all the cart. Again, I didn't even say a word. I will continue to drive out to Fort myers Bravo supermarkets. I have been a faithful customer to this particular Bravo for many years . But today I encountered the rudest cashier Laura. I believe she is fairly new and maybe isn’t trained yet but even if not trained you should have manners and take pride in your job. I was treated so badly my groceries were not only handled rough by her but when I asked her a question I was completely ignored. I guess I will not be going there any longer considering this has also happened to my husband with another cashier. Sometimes is best to pay a little more for your groceries drive to Publix and leave with a smile...
