Buyer Beware - I tried to purchase riding boots here and the employee insisted that the $152 shoes she sold us would be perfect for riding and farm work. After 2 months the heel came off. When my 80 year old mother in law and I went to talk to the business, we could not even close the door behind us before they started yelling about no returns. At that point we did not even say a word. We continued up to share our experience and they blamed us for not knowing more about their product than they did. Wanted me to share the blame in not making the right purchase. The owner also let me know that I was not special for spending that much money in her store. I never said I was - I just expected a product in that price range to last longer than 2 months. I also expect employees to know the product or at least be honest if they are not sure so I can work with someone who can help me. I will never come close to this business again and am also filing with the BBB. Anyone who can be that rude and disrespectful to another person does not deserve to stay...

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ALERT 🚨!!

Bronco Western (3565 Austell Rd SW #1017 Marietta, HA 30060) store and owner are a JOKE! And RIPOFF! I am filing a small claim in Cobb County court and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau promptly! I purchased an item there at 1:20 p.m. today and brought it back for a refund at 3:50 p.m. (same day) 11-21-21!

They refused to give my $104.48 back citing they do not accept returns but will give me a credit. They have a sign in up in the store that says they accept returns with receipt.

You will see below I presented my receipt and took a picture of their sign in the store. They are going to give me my $104.48 back because I GOT TIME TODAY!

Beware if these lying, fraudulent people at Bronco Western. The clothes, purses, shoes etc look dusty, dingy and dirty anyway.
