Worst customer service. 😑 I literally asked for 2 piña/pepino water. I walk to my car and taste it the water tasted like its been days old just straight up bad. I walk back in because thats all i go there for literally wait all week till wensday to go and get 1 for me and my husband. I walk in not trying to cause any problems and im waiting in line so i wouldnt cause any disturbance and i tell the lady the water had a very ungrateful taste and she gets all defencive saying i sold it all day no one complained about it and did a face. It was an older lady too. She gave me 1 water from a different flavor but i bought 2 didnt offer anything and didnt even ask to give my money back. Didnt drink the other water they gave me.Rather be safe than sorry. The older lady needs to know how to deal with custemers. Then, she calls us out saying “I gave you the wrong order, that’ll be $3.00”. I’m confused as to why we had to pay for her mistake. We didn’t even like the drink and told her we didn’t like it (only took 4 sips of it and hated the taste) and would like what we had ordered instead which was a Agua de Mango. She demanded the payment instead of apologizing. Not once did she apologize. Her excuse was she had a lot of customers? I came right over to see what they had to offer and see if this would be a new place I will like. I was not disappointed, the cashier helped me in explaining the differences and was very patient with being very decisive. After so they took their time with the items without rushing them and I was served and had to give a tip because within just a few minutes I was just treated way better than any other place. Even with after I was served and was eating in no way did it seem like I was not wanted there and being forced to leave like in Hibachi Grill & Buffet. 5 out of 5 stars and I will come back soon again to enjoy more of...
