If I could, I will rate this establishment a zero no stars.Walked into your eyebrow threading establishment I like 5:59 PM on March 27, 2025, and when I walked into the establishment, I didnât get no greets no hello no welcome to the eyebrow threading. How can I help you nothing just some laughing and joking amongst each other, which is OK you know youâre entitled to have a little jokey joke in between your coworkers, but itâs another thing when you donât pay attention to your customers as well. Iâm the one that greeted them, they just stared at me like if I interrupted them then they all scattered to whatever station that they were assigned to one young lady told me oh come on, so I sit in the chair will lay in the chair because you guys lay people down And they continue to chat amongst each other and laugh didnât get no greet from the lady thatâs gonna do my eyebrows didnât receive how would you like me to do your eyebrows? Do you want anything special? They just kept chatting amongst each other and in Spanish and Iâm an English speaking person which that didnât feel good either I donât know about anybody else, but customer service is the number one thing and when you have a genuine customer come in you should treat them with respect is it because I donât speak Spanish that thatâs why I wasnât treating. I wasnât being treated the right way. I think you need to have a conversation with your staff. I got up and I left And they thought it was OK. As far as like you know me telling them I think you should talk to your customers and all like I wasnât OK that shouldnât be acceptable. Will never return cause if I go to a place to get pampered I wanna feel pampered. Quality is good; however, when owners and employees of the business display poor customer service and disregard for people's time, that's when it is enough. 1st visit was good. Called for f/u with lashes and was given the run around and then asking to schedule directly with tech. Numerous calls to tech - no answer. Then made appointment online and they called to see if I was coming because they had someone online wanting to book my spot. I confirmed I was coming for my appointment. Within 5 minutes a text to change my appointment because they were running late. Perhaps the person on the phone trying to take my place was more important than me. When I first met Erica at Brows Orlando she told me to send her pictures of my current eyebrows so she can evaluate them. Then she told me that I needed several laser removal treatments in order to completely remove the old, dull color and fading look microblading I have done several years ago.
