Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experience!!!!!!!!!! Corporate has messages waiting from me already.... please read. Save you're money!!!!!!! Scammers. This location Scams!!!!!

I really wish google would allow us to give them no stars. There's no words to describe how disappointed and shocked I am with this location. I've gone to cindies location all over the states and I have never had a bad experience until this store. I came in to exchange (not return) a corset I literally bought not even 24 hours prior to me trying to return it. I came into the store. They told me that they would give me a store credit. I said okay. I need to look for something to exchange. Im happy I didn't go through with this exchange. I see that this store has more then several occasions of giving ppl store credit and scamming them out of they're rightful money. Anyways I even talk to who I was told was the owner of the store. May I mention the employees told me the Owner is a male prior to speaking to the "owner". The employees also told me they would give me a store credit from the jump. Before I spent 40 minutes of my time looking through the store. A very over priced store. I found what I wanted just for the employee to tell me due to the corset having "lent" on it they wouldn't give me a store credit or exchange. Even tho I have receipt and tags and may I mention again.... a clarified yes we'll give you a store credit prior to even looking in the store. Then I spoke to who they told me was the store owner. She told me something completely different from what the employees told me. She said due the tag not being attached to the corset they wouldn't return it. I stated that the receipt says clearly that you have to have a receipt and the originally tag. She clearly stated tag has to be attached to fall under the return policy. Even tho the receipt doesn't state that lie. Nor does the sign that was right in front of my face my friend face and both employees faces on the counter. I read the store return policy to who I was told was the owner and she basically told me her own store policy was a lie. EVEN THO IT WAS PRINT, IN A FRAME on the counter IN FRONT OUR FACES. I'm highly dissatisfied with this location. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE. I'm so unhappy that I am thinking of taking my apx $3000 dollars spent a month at cindies to another company that understands that sometimes as a woman our breast and bottoms don't always fit. As a woman I'm raged because I now have a $80 dollar corset that I can't use. And can't even exchange for something I like. As an entertainer y'all just lost a big client. Cindies y'all suck and because of one store having such bad business and reviews. I will no longer go to any cindies stores. Corporate I will be calling you. You should think of ways to be more interactive in your franchise because stores like this will close you down. They don't even follow their own policy. My e I should sue. DONT EVEN FOLLOW...

I entered Cindie's with my wife and her best friend in pursuit of some merchandise. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by a female employee who stood behind the counter. We proceeded to the bondage section because this is something that my wife and I have no experience with. We gently tested the various whips and paddles against our hands to test their feel. Immediately, we hear the Cindie's employee yell, "Don't do that! If you keep doing that you're going to need to leave!" Mind you, there is no one else in the store she could be speaking to.
