I've been a regular customer, at least once/week, for the past 2 or 3 years and here are my thoughts.
Overall, great place, generally happy with the staff, the variety and quality of products, but unfortunately bad experiences tend to have more of an effect and stick with you a bit more strongly than the good ones.
Quality of service is highly dependent on whose shift it is when you show up. Many people know me there and I know them, and if they're on staff I feel treated well and as if my patronage is valued.
Other times, if I don't know the person on staff, I'm pretty much anyone else walking off the street again. Generally everyone is helpful and friendly, but any extra help I get or have gotten in the past really depends on the day and time I stop by.
1st, I guess it should be on me, but if it's someone I don't know there, they don't ask me for my phone# and I don't get points. Today I made a fairly large purchase so that's a bummer. You used to be able to enter it yourself, but now you have to dictate it to the person running the register and I often forget to remind them.
Also it NEEDS to be noted that if you buy vape coils here YOU have to make sure you're getting the right ones. If you aren't totally sure and someone helps you find and purchase the wrong coils, you're out of luck and will have wasted $20 because they WILL NOT do anything for you. I know well enough by now to bring the old box with me if I still have it, because I have made this mistake a few times, but if I don't have the box or know precisely what I need it can be a bit nerve wracking.
When it comes to vape supplies there are many different brands and variables involved, so knowledge and experience in this area has often been lacking when it comes to getting helped. People generally won't ask you are sure or confirm with you that you have the right ones, they will just sell them to you.

However, today 5/9/2023 at 3:50 my friend and I dropped by your store. We, two young adult women, were personally annoyed with the Chris Brown music playing overhead and were commenting to each other about it. It seems as though that irritated the male clerk behind the counter that day. As we were checking out, my friend and I only speaking to each other, he cut in and in a condescending manner asked if we were “okay.” I was stunned. The disrespect. Read moreAs much as I’d like to leave a good review, there are plenty of other smoke shops I’d rather recommend that actually sells legit and safe product’s. I purchased a d8 cart from here with suspicious packaging (blurry label could barely read the text) and the scan for the lab result sent me to 1 a cart that did not match the one inside the container and 2 it was insufficient Tested- no tests for metals, pesticides, etc. When I confronted the store about this they were silent and offered no solution or compensation. This store has also used the logo of a university with a large undergraduate population on their advertising, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they also sold to minors.
