CinemaWest Country Club Cinema & Giant Screen — Attraction in Rancho Cordova

I went to go see Zombieland 2 I could of have had a better experience when I I get there early for the trailers for what's new coming out what's up and coming and all I got was Sal and a blank screen and when the movie started I missed the first five minutes of it because I can't get the screen to play which was the best part because I heard it would be like a zombie coming at you but I will never know because I can see it and all I look up there's like either a giant cobweb or a giant that's what I want to see link which is very creepy so I could I don't want spiders to follow me so I didn't pay too much attention to the movie pay more attention to the cobweb silly me but it was kind of creepy it was creepy I got to think about spiders let's not talk about it but other than that they still got to work on their load self-service screen when I was getting my card out the screen froze on me so I can move over to next one which April's when I'll pick in the movie so I can say it forget it I just went to the counter the lady there she was very nice so I can't eat the food cuz the food is nasty there I can't lie about that the food was nasty does popcorn smell great popcorn smell great I don't eat popcorn but it smells delicious and I wanted to eat that but and fortunately the food bathrooms clean Confederate murder scene in the movie theater and the tables are clean outside the staff was friendly the answer my questions when I got a little frustrated at the movie not playing good composure staff and the movie theater was clean for a brand new theater not sure how long it's been open but is actually spot on clean which they can work on the movie and the cobwebs inside the actual theater instead of on the outside well I mean I get about three stars don't like cobwebs sorry losing two stars cuz of that and the movie definitely Lost Stars cuz of the movie not playing I'm a trailer girl I love watching my trailers the reason why I arrive early if you haven't seen Zombieland 2 Orkin man don't waste your money is a 8 Movie 7 not as funny as the first one the first one was hilarious lot more action pack in this one and they're super zombies were not quite super give it up to the filmmakers yay and is definitely one to just wait for it to get on DVD and watch at home but if you're into zombie thing go for the theater if you're into the zombie lab experience go to the theater but you know it is a $5 movie so don't recommend paying full price you know after dark prices when the prices hiked but early onset prices $5 go...

I wanted to share an experience that was easily avoidable, but the staff handled the situation poorly. To begin, as a native American gentleman, holding a 24 oz of the beer "spacedust" was told that I had "five minutes to finish all drinks." I looked at my watch, saw it was 1:55 AM on a Saturday night. It made sense to me, so I finished the shot(that my friend, who had just turned 21, took with me). I then turned to my beer, at the same moment, the EXACT SAME PERSON came to me and demanded my beer. I told him that I was just moving to finish it while flashing my watch to him (the watch showed 1:58). While showing him my watch, the fellow then grabbed my beer while I was still holding it and demanded it. I tried to explain that I was told I have at least two mins to drink this since I thought that was the agreement that was demanded of me and all patrons. I asked the person his name (salt and peppered, with a goatee just the same standing five, nine at most) yet he gave me nothing but increased hostility. He said, " You are putting my liquor license at risk," which I responded to with a quick, "Your license?" His response, " Well... I run security here." I gave him my beer.. five minutes after... with 0% ability to have drank any of it.... Not 10 mins later, I go to try to reconcile with the man... Just to try to understand who he is, what it name is, etc... I ran into another employee who not only would not give his name but would not give his own. I simply explained the situation and asked for the first fellow's name and he responded with, "well that is his business and he is not here anymore." Needless to say, terrible experience, breach of ethics and lack of professionalism. Maybe one of you can identify...

I went here with my sister in law it was fun !But I have a lot of complaints employees who are working there some were standing around .others were working extra hard and doing so much at the same time like trying to clean and get customers too .It was VERY dirty popcorn every were behind the counter employees were walking on popcorn they didn't care to pick up after them self's and food took like 15-30 mins we arrived early and had to wait for food and we missed our first part of the movie the theater was very clean and the seats were very comfortable they are reclinable and it was fun not too load some movie theaters are very load not these ones it was very good . Giving my ratings for this movie theater : °°°°°°My customer service rating 1 being not good and 5 being exallent .°°°°°°°°°°

°°Customer service rating : 3.5/5 Because some employees that take their job seriously are very friendly and are willing to help .The other employees that don't really care they rush through everything and are very pushy. °°Food rating : was a 1 sadly ! We ordered pretzel bites with sauce on the side and the pretzels was cold and too greasy ! I didn't feel good after either ! °°We went to watch : Elvis Movie 🍿🎥 Movie rating : 5/5 If you love Elvis music you will love this movie if you don't listen to Elvis music you won't like it .It would be very cheesy for you just my opinion . °°About the price !°° I hope this helps you....the prices for this theater is okey it wasnt bad we paid 27 dollars for 4 people .
