The reason you see five stars - awesome coaches, training, programs, encouragement, and workout planning. The staff gets to know each member and is careful to understand abilities and goals - they don’t stand around looking at their phones during the class - you get real time coaching each session. That makes CFO suitable for ANY age, body shape, and experience level - anyone can CrossFit. You can scale every workout and movement so there are no worries about getting in over your head. I use CrossFit for core strength for running, but must admit it’s just fun and never boring. Give it a try if you are a beginner or need to upgrade your box.
