D J Systems — Attraction in North Palm Beach

MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY EVER!!! "DO NOT USE" My previous employer use to order supplies for our store from DJ Systems Inc., however after finally realizing the company and their employee’s lack the most basic common sense, the owner placed them on the “Vendor Black List”. Last year I took a job with another company and during a time of desperation, when we could not find a part we needed, I reluctantly suggested looking at DJ Systems Inc., because I remembered they carried this particular part. What a horrible disservice I did to my new employer by making this recommendation. The was a disaster from the very beginning when I called up and placed the order. Julie, the lady who I placed the order with initially lost the order & swore the part has been shipped when I called two weeks later requesting status. When we made it known that we didn’t believe her excuse (there was no charge on our CC), she finally admitted that the ball had been dropped and tried to blame it on someone else (Jill) in the office. She then tried to explain that all the paperwork is done by hand at her company as they don’t have computers, so “why should it be her fault”. Again, her way of deflecting & passing the blame on to the owner. Probably one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. If you’ve ever called to place an order, figuring out who Julie is on the phone isn’t hard as she sounds as she's smokes a carton of cigarettes each day and has her first tumbler of whisky by 10am. Do yourself a favor and avoid DJ Systems Inc. at all cost. There are many other resources out there that operate in a professional manner, taking their customers urgency and needs into...

Totally unsatisfactory, the owner does not know anything about the products they sell. There customer service does not exist and expects you to do their job for them. Do not use this company if you want to keep...
