Attention: KIMPTON LITTLETON We went in there to grab plants for my Plunge Pool Oasis, and ended up getting other items that we forgot we needed. That being said, we met Andre and Chastity and they were awesome, helpful, respectful, determined to help us find the "perfect pot for the plant" and the tall & wide basket to hold my yoga mats!

All around the store & does everything on the floor Nice and Never once made us feel like we weren't "At Home" Diligent and Dedicated to Customers & Colleagues Respectful and Real Every time we asked a question, he had an answer

Chastity was kind, helpful, willing to help and was considerate throughout our shopping spree LOL.

They are a Dynamic Duo when it comes to Customer Needs!!!

Both of these Awesome Amazing Attentive Employees deserve Props for ALL they do/did for us and other customers.

We will be back, but only if they can assist us with our many "At Home" Floor and Decor Needs!!!

10-26-24 I went in here on a whim just looking for ottomans or poofs to accent my living space. I met the sweetest person in Michelle, she was able to help me compliment the pillows I selected, was friendly throughout the experience, and made sure I was happy.

She offered some decorating tips, which I was hesistant but she was right "yellow does make it pop," when added to blues/greys. She is exceptional at her job and definitely deserves the recognition!

I went to check out and met Nikki, she was sweet, caring, considerate and just an overall breath of fresh air and positivity. I appreciated her smile, her advice, and overall her calming presence (I was going through a rough time) and she checking out a more enjoyable seamless experience! Thank you to both of you lovelies!!! Keep spreading joy to us all.

Customer service and help I received here was great! First Alice was helpful, efficient and nice to help me to do a return for a gift that didn't work for me. Greg is one of the managers and he was nice and accommodated Alice to provide me excellent service. The next day, another manager, Brad went out of his way to help me find the outdoor rug I seriously have been searching for, feels like forever! It was in stock but couldn't be found, so I said I would like the display one, and it was mine! He also helped my sister with questions and concerns about barstools, delivery and pickup options for her new Florida home! He is nice, efficient, diligent and friendly!

Last but not at all least; Sirica, she has the best energy, is super helpful, made shopping fun and efficient for us! She has a great personality, sense of humor and all during the checkout process. It just helps the customer when the staff are fun and helpful! She is a hard worker and makes sure you are happy with your purchases before you leave the store.

Found a coffee table we really liked. The display model had a smooth finish. Bought a new one in the box. Got it home and it was factory packaged, once removed from packaging I noticed the top had sanding marks, scratches and was missing some of the finishing coat. I repackaged it and had it back to the store within an hour. Once there, they took my return with no issues and said I could check out the other tables to make sure there was no damage. I found a worker in the back and asked if she would assist me in opening the other boxes to check for damage. She seemed very annoyed but begrudgingly opened one of the other boxes. That table had the same damage, we opened two more boxes and they had the same damage. Then she told me she's not going to open anything else because she doesn't consider that to be damaged and she wants to make sure she can repackage to sell them. I asked her if she was going to sell them to an unknowing customer when she knew they were damaged? She stated that she doesn't consider that damage and I was bothering her so I could either buy them or leave her alone. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. Needless to say I will NOT be going back to AT HOME.

UPDATE I was contacted by the stores customer service by email. They apologized and gave me a 20% off coupon. I responded with a thank you but advised that we had already purchased a table at another store and would not return. A few days later I was contacted by a managing director by phone and told "At Home" would like the chance to show that they have improved their employee training and if I would come back he would assist me personally with any purchases and gave me his name and number. My wife and decided to return to look for a chair. I called the director and he met us at the store. He took time out of his day to assist us and went out of his way to make our shopping experience easy with no pressure. We picked out a chair and some other items. At checkout we used the coupon and he met us at the register and added another large discount. This is how customer service is supposed to be!
