While the Korean characters and the unknown word in the title may have some intimidated or confused, this international church has been an amazing place for all of God's family to unite and worship together.

Rooted in Korean community, a strong American and Hispanic community has developed in this church. The church is a smaller church allowing for each member of the congregation to have opportunities to serve and make real personal connections as I have.

As with a smaller church, there are times when space is crowded and the lobby is overflowing with people. Still, the people in these spaces are friendly and kind wanting to worship together.

Denver Dongsan Baptist Church has both English and Korean services as well as a bilingual service later in the afternoon on Sundays. The pastor is a man that not only loves the Lord but fears Him. There is no deception in the messages and no holding back when there is a need of rebuking, but that shows the love in the community for each other.

The building is an older building and does lack handicap access having to walk outside to reach the basement level. And many times parking is a little cramped and includes a walk. But these simple inconveniences are negligible to the great community and love for Christ at Denver Dongsan Baptist Church.
