I've been to this location 3 time in the last 3 day. My first experience on Sunday 10/24 was absolutely the worst. There were three customers in front of me. I waited patient. Once it was my turn the cashier just walked away. She did not say anything whatsoever. Not a "Just one moment ", or a "I'll be right back. Nothing she just walked away. Still I waited a few more minutes and no one said one word to me. So I decided to leave. As I am walking out I look back and with out missing a beat almost instantly the customer behind me was being helped. I want to turn around and address the problem, but I just went on about my day. My second experience was on Monday 10/25 on this day I was acknowledged, but when the barista was asked to make my drink got irritated and started saying rude things as if I was not standing right there. My third experience was today Tuesday 10/26, I was the only person in line. Once I paid a few more people walked in after me. They placed their order and we all waited for out drinks. Patiently I see the customer in the drive-thru receiving their order then the customer that came in behind me receiving theirs. I can see the sticker for my cup still sitting there untouched. Another five minutes go by and still nothing. More people come in as I'm waiting and received their drinks before me yet again. Finally someone starts to make my drink and it took another five minutes. It saddens me that the customer service was this way. I am truly unimpressed with my experience with this specific Starbucks. I will never step one foot in to this Starbucks again. I spent 20 minutes in this place when it should have only taken 5 to 10 minutes if that. Read moreI walked in and there was a guy making drinks and he just looked at me and looked away. No big deal, he’s probably just busy. Then there was a blonde girl working the drive thru, she side eyed me and ignored me. She said something on her headset, I’m sure for one of the workers to come assist. This tall brown curly hair guy came out and said “hello” in the most monotoned way possible. Did something on the computer for a solid 45 seconds then looks up at me and says “what can I get you?” I just said “actually im good” and started to leave and he said “ok” which was unnecessary. The moment I walked in I was ignored and their customer service needs some serious work. I’ve been in the food industry FOH for 10 years now. I never leave bad reviews for restaurants but considering how I was treated here I think the manager and customers need to know this is clearly a drive-thru only establishment. Read moreWent today for the first time to this location to get coffee and a sandwich, after a long drive thru line I received the wrong order, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese but received exactly what I didn’t want which was a disgusting uncooked bacon egg and cheese. I love bacon but never from Starbucks knowing how they serve it. Uncooked, soggy and disgusting. Also the bread was cooked on top (hard) but cold and soft on the bottom. Absolutely trash. It’s as if your not even important enough for them to open the sandwich so it cooks properly, and they have the nerve to ask for a tip! HA yeah right, I call and there is no manager in today and the supervisor left. Useless store with useless workers. I want a refund and will now have to call again and let them find my order as they don’t give receipts. Don’t order bacon sandwiches from this pos unless you like it uncooked and disgusting.
