This store has saved me so much money and headache of having to decide between multiple brands. Bill is always so helpful and really looks out for all the customers. He is a straight shooter and will let you know directly what you are getting. For the prices you pay, no one should ever complain about an issue with a tool. Not to mention the staff at this location will always help make it right if you do have an issue. A+++ rating in every category. If anyone ever has a negative review I would gladly walk through the store with them and spend all day changing their mind.
After reading the prior review I wanted to add a few things.
1st a company that doesn't offer full refunds is not necessarily untrustworthy (we all know Tommy Boys opinion on warranties). There's a reason the prices are so low and affordable. Oh and final note of this prior review, not all, but a majority of the items sold do have a warrant and some even have a full warranty.
2nd and last is someone wrote a bad review in references to the prices. I hate to share such a hidden secret but if you walk in to this store and spend even 10 minutes comparing prices on items, especially ones that are on closeout, you will quickly see this a false statement. Please do not let a negative price review deter you from visiting this store.
You may not find every thing you need, everytime you go, or even as cheap as some sells but I will guarantee you'll save your hard earned money...
Read moreI know several folks that like this place. Unfortunately, my initial purchase here was a poor experience. Maybe it was a fluke?
The Ryobi power tool was a gift and not used right away after purchase. Once opened and tried... it ran then ran out of power within a minute. I tried recharging battery, and other Ryobi batteries with same problem.
When returning it to the Direct Tool Factory Outlet I brought the Original receipt.
They said although it may have only been opened and tried once, it was now beyond 30 days (and we should have tried it out sooner).
I recieved an 800 number and good luck. The 800 was for Skill which they said was also Ryobi Consumer response.
Sorry but long story continues...they could not do anything other than say to try bringing it to an Ace Hardware and added if it was purchased from Home Depot it would have been replaced immediately with a new one!
Guess where I will buy future tools?

Read morePlaced my order on December 6th for a few Stok grill inserts as a Christmas gift for my fiancé . 10 days pass so I call customer service with my order # and was informed shipment doesn’t leave their warehouse until the 19th so that was not comforting even though the site says 7-10 days after an order. Fast forward to today. I call and not only is my order not in transit it’s status was still in warehouse and no tracking #!!! So I had no choice but to have the customer service place a cancellation notice for my order . I feel completely duped and frustrated because I could’ve gotten the inserts from somewhere else and not wasted my time . Was told my order must have slipped through the cracks ....
