Disney Gift Outlet — Attraction in Kissimmee

This was such a worst experience of our life, me and my family members went to this Disney Gift Outlet shop a few days ago, initially we were little bit confused whether it is an original Disney shop or not but this was not our concern that much rather we were super shocked about the lady (who covered herself with hijab) may be the lady from an Arabic country and she was not welcoming mode from the beginning even not said us hi or hello when she saw us inside. I believe, the lady at the counter maybe 40 years old. We bought many Disney items including some family Disney t shirts since one of our cousin bought many items from another Disney shop. Anyway, my mom wanted to use her credit card but she said the credit card machine is not responding and said to pay in cash instead of getting some discounts when we pay cash and then we all together paid in cash. Our original bill was $537 but she gave us almost $80 discounts which was ridiculous. And we asked her to give us receipt but she refused by saying that no receipt when payment is made by cash. She apparently causes multiple arguments and did similar thing with the people who came before us since they were supposed to pay by card but she said if cash then discount because they don’t need to pay tax if the payment is cash. We are not sure who is the real owner but the owner must look after...

The owner of the store is really rude and tricky. I wouldn’t buy anything else from this place. I paid $73 for a 6 toys cars and a baby outfit as gifts. I had a second thought because these items are too over priced. I could get something much better on Amazon or a regular store. I paid, I walked outside, and I immediately walked inside to request a refund. The owner said just because I walked out side and step back in, she couldn’t issue a refund. I asked her for a logical reason why she couldn’t issue a refund if I had paid less than 5 minutes ago. She said she couldn’t issue a refund just because I walked outside and came back in. The items were intact. I had my receipt with the purchase time. She has camaras, and she knew I was there 5 minutes ago. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy at this place. This...

Good prices and selection, but as any of most gift shops, they don't have a lot of selections of fridge picture frames but just the rubber ones. This is not the shops fault but they just don't make a lot of those 2x2 picture frames for your refrigerators.

These shop is also clean but the usual tight to go through the merchandise, easy for kids to elbow a fragile glass and drop it. But since this building is an island buy itself, it is not easily visited so there is less to no other customer to rub your shoulders with.
