I was just here. An associate (older asian woman) followed me around the store assuming I was going to steal something. I had a big coat on. There were others in the store w/ big coats as well. She continued to follow me around for the remainder of my time there 10-15mins. While there were other shoppers in the store. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional given that you have cameras and the aisle are pretty big. Nothing special that I can't get anywhere else at this location. Very disappointing and will not be returning. Called and to be honest it doesn't sound like they'll be making any efforts.
Update That's a blatant lie. There were no locked items in your store(I've been twice before this experience) nor even your adult products(condoms/onoholes/lube/etc) were locked. So do it better. It was pretty clear. Even followed up w/ a call, and a number of customers experienced this. Own up for your employees and what seems like work environment ethic. And work to correct instead of brushing off my experiences and other customers as a mistake. I even videoed(be thankful I haven't posted) and followed her back and made eye contant several times(more than 5) and was very vocal about being followed. No help was offered or translation. Only continued to be followed. It's not a big store to see that. I'll be shopping w/ your competitors very soon in the near future. If you want to do better, don't deny what it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate to leave a bad review but their customer service is truly unhelpful and awful. This was my first time going and I really liked their selection of products, even spending $80⦠Unfortunately, my blind boxes were duplicates. This wouldnāt be a problem on its ownāI know blind boxes are luck based. However, the sign over the blind boxes clearly stated, āEach box contains a full set.ā This message implied that buying two of the same brand of blind box would give you two unique figures. Yet, I bought two ($17.99 per) blind boxes, from the same set that is not supposed to contain duplicates, and ended up with the same figure.
I asked the manager to potentially allow me to swap out or reimburse me for the figure as I had just opened them in the store not a minute after purchasing them. I had not removed them from their boxes or bags. Still, she said it was not possible. I then asked her to at least remove or scribble out the sign that claimed that all boxes contain a full set, which she also rejected, and Iām unsure why as itās blatant false advertising. I hate, hate, hate being āthat personā and this experience was so anxiety inducing and awful. Never, ever going back. Please donāt support these...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEbisu was on my list of stores to visit on my trip. I missed shopping at a Daiso and when I heard about a Daiso-like store in Atlanta, I was super excited. Unfortunately after my visit today I will never come back to this store. When my partner and I walked into the store - immediately an associate started to follow us aisle by aisle. It was hard to not notice what she was doing since the store was pretty small as is. I felt uncomfortable and so did my partner because there were other people shopping but we were the ones being followed. The items in the store is nice but nothing special that you couldnāt get at an H-Mart or any other Asian grocery store. Their beauty section is nicely stocked with many different Japanese brands but I didnāt care for it. Their gatcha machine is cool but expensive! At least $6-$7 dollars for a tiny toy. Itās worth an visit to see the cool life sized Anime figurines in the front but to come back consistently? No thanks. I hope someone from this store sees my review and let their associates know to not discriminate against...
