Eleven Oaks Mobile Home & RV Park — Attraction in Rancho Cordova

My family and I have been staying here since we relocated to the Sacramento area in June, and I have to say it has been an amazing experience. We didn't really know what to expect seeing as how "trailer parks" are notorious for being crazy but that's not the case at this location. From day one the manager Mario has been super helpful, even meeting us outside of business hours when we were available to come down and see the park before we officially moved. They have been more than accommodating on several occasions since our arrival as well. It is quiet and calm, my kids love the nice clean pool, and we are more comfortable here than I ever thought we would be. I havn't had to worry about my children's safety, or anybody touching or taking our things either (which are standard worries for any densely populated area). All in all, I am very glad we chose this park to be at while we were making this huge transition to a new area and appreciate how well maintained...

We've moved here after covid to do a live and flip and we're very surprised with how nice all of our neighbors have been! It's actually a very chill quiet park and everyone looks out for each others properties. Management has changed a couple times but they're actually giving notices now to keep your area clean so that's nice. Pool is great although it's getting repaired due to some damages at the moment. Has a lot of nice trees and neighborhood cats that keep the critters away. We walk our dogs all the time with no issues and plenty of great food nearby (Manna Thai!!!!) as well as a Walmart. You're allowed two dogs and two parking spots but there's plenty of extra parking right outside the park which l've used since I moved here and never had an issue! Rent is also cheaper then most parks in sac! Definitely a diamond...

I purchased a mobile home 3 months ago. It is centrally located for all my needs. The freeways and American River College are nearby and the rent is reasonable. Mario our manager is excellent.
