Emerald Coast CrossFit — Attraction in Upper Grand Lagoon

This is a great crossfit Gym. My wife and I have come here for the past 3 yrs. Mike the owner is the best. He makes drop ins feel at home. He also is very personable and has a great ability with guidance throughout the workouts. This is definitely our crossfit gym in Florida during our vacation times.The work outs will definitely get your heart going. I recently dropped into this box. It was as most of the reviews say….super friendly and easy to drop in. It’s a great box hands down. I will be back when we are in town and may even drop in on some comps they may have throughout the year. Drop in fee is super affordable. If you are in town it is definitely a must try!
