Great theater. Went to Rocky horror (I have seen RH shadow casts for decades so I know what happens) the shadow cast had a bit they did that was really cringe.I get pushing the boundary, but when you hear people apologize to each other about the bit on the way out of the Theater. Could change it or not. Dinged 2 stars so others may be prepared. Besides that one bit it was a fun and entertaining shadow cast, loud and into it crowds and nice venues I have seen.

We had a great time today at the Emmaus theater (102 years old this year) a birthday party for my grandson for his fourth birthday, it was a lot of fun , popcorn all kinds of goodies mom and dad brought yaco's hot dogs and pierogies... We had the whole theater to ourselves . check it out for a get together and a great movie... my grandson's favorite "who you going to call." ... Ghostbusters

Excellent. Would go again. Viewed the Rocky Horror Picture show. Was sad that we couldn't bring the virgins up front or underwear run, but loved everything else <3 Side notes but not really important to me: There is a concession stand. Not sure if alcohol is normally served there, but they had a local vendor for the show. Bathrooms were tiny. Quaint really. <3 Handicap accessible.

The owner was very rude as soon as we asked a question last night. Having an all male revue at a theater with assigned seating is insane. Being gaslit by the owner about what we did and didn't see upon purchasing tickets on Eventbright was even more insane. We have been to other shows of this type and never had a bad experience at any venue until this one. I feel bad for the dancers because they weren't getting tips like they would at other places because no one wanted to crawl over other people to go put tips on the stage. The sound was not great either. Absolutely will NOT spend another dime here and mostly because of the owner and his attitude. ETA! Rude to every member of your staff? I spoke to 2 other staff members, and once was to order a drink, and the other time was to move since I was sitting with my group charging my phone. Both times, I was very polite. I was NOT rude to you or the dancers. I had ONE conversation with the MC about pictures, and he answered my question and I said thanks and walked away. All of the people around us were laughing and having a great time with us and turned out to be people some of our party knew. But nice try. I tried to nicely speak to you about the email once we were there because I knew there were still seats open, and it is easier to do that in person than over emails while I am working. But seeing the gaslighting continue on here tells me everything I need to know about you as a...

My partner and I were really excited to come out for the most recent cult classic screening (History of the World..) for our first time at the Emmaus. The theater was gorgeous, the staff was nice, snack prices were on point, but for the ENTIRETY of the film a ton of people were talking at full volume voices (like, not even trying to whisper) and here's the real kicker - group of grown men behind us literally YELLING at the screen throughout the film. Seriously? Why even ask me to silence my phone if that's the kind of behavior allowed? I get that it's a fun, weekend, late night BYOB screening, and having quiet conversation during a movie is fine, but there's a limit, and that shouldn't have to be explained to anyone that owns a movie theater. Especially when you drive over 30 minutes to get to the theater and pay a (reasonable) $8 per ticket. Obviously you can't anticipate the behaviour of everyone who comes in, but I was pretty thrown off by the staff doing absolutely nothing - and the theater is a pretty open space, so there's no doubt that anyone in the place could have heard what was going on. If this is what all of this theater's screenings are like, I'd just as soon stay home, or give my money to an institution that actually understands the basics of providing a movie-going experience - like, I don't know, encouraging people not to scream idiotic comments over and over while the...

The Emmaus Theatre has been a significant part of my life for the last 20 years. I've been coming here since I was a child and now my daughter gets to experience its magnificence. This place is a true landmark of Emmaus that has only gotten better and better over time.

Last August, I was fortunate enough to rent out the theatre. (At a steal of a price) My plan, to propose to my long time girlfriend during the film Moulin Rouge. It was the movie we first met over. It was our movie. The staff helped make the night so special. I worked closely with management to ensure the surprise was unforgettable.

I am forever grateful that this theatre continues to strive in the heart of Emmaus. To this day we are regulars. How could we not be? Ticket prices are amazingly low. The snack bar is perfectly priced as well. (You won't be spending $30+ for a large popcorn and soda) I love that you have an opportunity to win FREE Popcorn if your ticket stub matches the daily numbers. It's small things like this that make The Emmaus Theatre an amazing and fun experience. Thank you for all your years of entertainment. We look forward to our next night out at the...
