Express Factory Outlet — Attraction in Rehoboth Beach

I visited the Express Factory Outlet store today to see what they had on sale. They offer a good selection of both men’s and women’s clothing, with a little something for every occasion. The store is small so it is easy to navigate, with the men’s clothing on the left-hand side and the women’s on the right, making it simple to find your way around. On the men’s side, they have a mix of casual and dressy outfits, including jackets, shirts, pants, socks, belts, and other accessories. I feel like their selection is a bit limited due to the size of the store. They often have sales though, ranging from 30% off and up, with some deals being even better. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist if you need anything. The store is clean. Due to the size of the store though spacing between areas isn’t the best so it’s kind of rack after rack. Just recently went to this store today to return a shirt. Upon walking to the front counter I placed my bag down and receipt. The light skin black female staff member at the counter, with curly hair, unsure of her name, never spoke a word. The staff member had difficulty deciphering which shirt on the receipt was the return. I advised her I only purchased 2 shirts, one light blue and one floral. I advised that I was returning the one that stated “floral” on the receipt, hence the shirt was floral. I was ignored completely. Once figuring out it was the floral shirt on the receipt she stated i’d receive my refund back to my card and handed me a receipt. I said thank you as I took the receipt where she then again didn’t say a word. Absolutely horrific customer service. I will not be returning...

I absolutely love to shop here. More of a pricey store, but I am willing to pay for better quality clothing. This was my first time buying their jeans and I am in love with them! They are made with more quality and thicker material. Only issue I have and this goes for many clothing stores nowadays is they shove a lot of clothes on the racks which makes it hard to maneuver through the rack and racks of clothes take a lot of space so in some spots in the store it would be hard to maneuver a stroller in some areas bc its so tight.
