Suffice to say if you want an easy venue with no hassle , THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO RENT. I repeat, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO RENT FOR YOUR VENUE, one, the owner NEVER picks up your call, she tells u to text her instead cuz she’s too “busy”, second when u pay for the venue, it’s an easy process, they email you the contract and you zelle them the money, however, when it’s time to pick up your $500 deposit, they make u drive to some store called party place, to go pick it up, and instead of zelle (or your original form of payment), they write a check for you. A CHECK!!!! Also, it was nice of them to keep $160 from my deposit claiming we never left the place at 1am, which we did, if anyone was there around 3am (as they claim), it would be the cleaner that I hired to clean the place , but my issue was they NEVER communicated to me that they will keep $160 from my $500 deposit, I basically got blindsided by it, suffice to say AGAIN, if you want a hassle free venue , with an owner that actually cares FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, this is not the place. Had to Edit my review because Reyna and her team has once again Blew me away. First my parents 25 Wedding Anniversay Last September 2021, this team was amazing for my parents wedding. I remember at the end of the night I told her that was coming back to her for my wedding and that is what happened this past August 2022. This team made it a stress free wedding for both parties. The team was making sure everyone ate including us the Bride and the Groom. The decorations was Spectacular. The food was absolutely amazing. The servers, Everything was perfect for both parties. I definitely recommend this event hall and the team with Reyna and her Husband. I love this team! Will continue coming back to them for our events in the future. 100/100...

Our experience with Fantasy Event Hall was beyond our expectations. The owners assured that our experience with them was nothing but the best. They made everything possible for our daughters event, especially since we were out of state. The decoration that was included in our contract was beautiful and the food was beyond delicious. Modesto, who assisted in our event was very attentive to our guests and made sure everything was running smoothly.
