I went here a few weeks ago and their was a gentlemen who was asking the front desk for a massage because they accept walk ins and the girl was kind of weird about it so the man ended up leaving because it was awkward and uncomfortable.. if you donât want walk ins then you shouldnât state that you accept walk ins in my opinion. After that they took me back and to my surprise the massage rooms were nothing more than tall cubicles with curtains hung up so while I was passing certain cubicles I accidentally saw a person getting their massage done. Iâm not sure if this is a normal set up but it is different from places I have gotten massages in the past and I thought it was a little uncomfortable being able to hear all the other massages and things happening around me even though they had soothing music playing and everyone seemed to try to be as quiet as possible. Once I was in my âroomâ everything proceeded as it normally would. I purchased a package with a sea salt scrub which they didnât do and a hot rock option that she literally had 2 rocks and rubbed my shoulders for I kid you not about 1 minute.. nothing else and then said okay youâre all done.. then after getting dressed and walking out like other reviews have stated they did stand there and ask me out loud what I wanted to tip and even though I tipped the 20% recommendation they literally shrugged their shoulders as if âeh thatâs okayâ then the massager put her head down and said thank you while walking back to the massage area⌠I agree with other reviews Iâve read stating they took way too much time on the front of my body and legs instead of the back neck and shoulders where most people want their massage done. Then they rushed the add on I paid for at the end and didnât do the other. At other massage places they used the hot rocks for quite a while and 6 to 8 of them not just 2. It took me weeks to write this review because I didnât want to leave a negative review on a place that is trying to make money but thinking about it my experience still makes me a little uncomfortable and I think people should know what to expect and the company should maybe take into consideration making a few changes to make people feel more comfortable. The massage was decent but it just wasnât timed out very good.. i wanted the add ons I paid for.. the whole standing there and making people feel weird while theyâre tipping honestly made me tip less than I would have because I thought that was actually rude. And how they acted over my tip was childish and unprofessional. I personally wonât be going back to this specific...

I found this place on Groupon. One hour full body massage was for $39, since I purchased 10 of them, tried to use all of them. I am the one who is getting massage every weekend from all over the world, and born and raised in Tokyo where Shiatsu massage is very popular. So I know all the spots. I also personally sturdied and completed massage courses and had run private spa too. They are all Chinese, they âpretendâ they donât speak English nor understand what youâre saying, but they do, so there is that. I found one lady who was ok, but she quit. I tired all other 4 ladies but 2 of them also quit. One who was âpopularâ that the receptionist said, was awful. When I asked to focus on head and neck( hey, itâs better than whole body massage for you, you just sit and work on your hands), she Obviously made a big SIGH. Not only once but made more than few times. Many of the therapists tried to use elbow around my neck. Which is BIG NO NO. Very dangerous move. Do they even have massage license???
The other one, Amy(also Chinese) she comes to see me checking out, and trying to see how much tip I will pay for it âright by my sideâ. Very rude. I paid $20 for my $40 massage. But next time she said she doesnât wanna give massage on me because I asked her where to focus and not letting her what âshe wantsâ. Why am I paying money there? Itâs because of to remove my stiffness and release my stress. Somehow I should care* what THEY are feeling and not felling very uncomfortable just asking what part I am so tired of. They seem very picky to choose clients. Let them do, this place has no quality but only cheap price...
Read moreSo i was going to give a 5-Star Review for the receptionist who scheduled me at 11am and for Lily who gave me a full body massage. She did a more than i expected and targeted the right areas! However, I did feel rushed to get ready for the massage, the curtain was opened three times while i was getting comfortable and it seems as if they only gabe me 1 minute to do it...I also left cash in the room and was going to add more of a tip with a card. The 4star review is because i think they were rejecting my cash and wanted more for the hr massage...and pointed at a sign with some dollar amounts but it didn't say anything about a tip.....so i was confused i felt weird although my massage was paid beforehand.
So I tipped them more, on my debit and left them the cash on the register..... but somehow I dont think they wanted my cash and i think they wanted me to tip them more....
As a positive feedback would be to mention the minimum tip amount when scheduling them. For those who bought a massage using Groupon, consider disclosing it on the web page that is eye catching. BECAUSE I personally dont like my cash to not be accepted and I don't like to be asked for money when I had already planned to do it with a debit.
I think this could jave been avoided if the done desk girl asked what I needed amd not just stared as if she was to read my mind and then asked...
