Funcity Adventure Park -Bear De Let me just give my review on this bear location. I booked my daughter a party here for Saturday 3pm-5pm. This is our first time here. I got there i didnât know who my host was. We walked ourselves back to our room wasnât guided. When we got to our room, no host was there, room wasnât set up no table cloths nothing. Host didnât arrive till 3:15-3:20. My host was very unorganized, not prepared, had to keep leaving the room to get socks, wrist bands.. our party turned out a little bigger than expected, i wasnât allowed to place more orders for pizza ( i was only asking for 2 more pizzas) they stated it wouldnât be done in time (my 2 pizza that come included with party wasnât out on table yet when i requested 2 more pizzas). My daughter had a accident and cut her foot on something there in the play pins, sock was bloody, i asked if i could get another pair for replacement they told me i had to pay for them, then told me i had to pay for them right on the spot when i didnt even pay the remaining balance just yet. (They have you pay remaining at the end of party). 3:50pm we were still gathering all gifts, host came in started sweeping taking table cloths off as guests are still in room helping with gifts. ( reminder our room wasnât ready for us at 3pm), once your party had ended your kids play time is over as well, we wasnât offered no extra play time due to host being late. Manager or worker recognized my kid & said to me her party has ended so has her jump time. This was one of the worst experience i ever had at any trampoline adventure park. The host, down to the management i probably wonât spend my money here again. Worst experience, & not sure if Iâll return back. My guest was even stating how horrible the customer service was! Not cool at allđ© I basically hosted my...
Read moreWhen we walked in we were in aawww of the place. Very colorful bright and inviting. Large trampoline area with ton of things to do.
We got there right when they open. We were 2nd ones there. The back corner trampoline had candy wrappers on it so the night before it wasn't cleaned. Not a big deal
Loved that you can jump off the walls on the trampolines and do tricks. Long jump pads, tubing slides, ball pits. We were loving it UNTIL....
We went to play games. We swiped the game card twice and it took the credits bu game didn't work. I told the ONLY worker there and she pulls up our transactions. She tells me it swiped but didnt take our points. I said no, it took our points but the zero you see was the tickets from playing the game. After 5 mins she rudly said well I can come with you and use the store card but I cant credit your card. That's fine. She came over to the machine I told her wasn't working and she said "watch"! She swiped the store card and IT DIDNT WORK! my point proven.
She swipped the store card twice amd let us be. Fast fwd an hour, couple more employeedls came in. They opened hp the sections that you needed an employee (rope course, climbing tower, tubing). We're ready to leave so we missed out on those activities so plan you timing if you go and want to do those). We went to cash out the points. She literally ignored us at the counter. This place is dead at the counter. The cashier rolled her eyes at this employee and came over to help us.
Come to find out she was the manager that was so rude. This matches the other reviews too. We...
Read moreI took my kids here for my daughterâs birthday. She has autism level 1 and this place was great. I was hesitant because of a lot of mixed reviews. But letđmeđtellđyouâŠthis place is great for sensory seekers. I think a lot of bad reviews just come from parents that are either not watching their kids or others that arenât. My daughter has no sense of spatial awareness and no sense of danger and every parent I saw was doing what they were suppose to. Parenting their kids. The staff is kind and very willing to help. I had no idea what socks would fit my kids feet and the lady was on point with all three. Loved that. And they just kind of hang back unless you need something. Loved that too. I didnât feel that constant pressure for following a million rules while trying to let my kids have fun. I really enjoyed this place over past experiences at sky zone. We also went on a week night so it was pretty empty. Loved that also. It was a pretty penny I will say that. On our first go around for an hour and a half plus socks it was around $80. But I will say you get a lot of bang for your buck if your kids have as much energy as mine. The arcade is good too. My husband and son enjoyed it and you can win prizes and earn points for prizes. They have lockers for your shoes for $5. And my husband tried out the cotton candy machine and it makes these really cute designs. They also sell bagged snacks and drinks which is nice after running around. All in all I would...
