Wings To Go - Bear — Restaurant in Delaware

This place has the worst customer service. I don't normally leave reviews but this experience left me no choice. We used to love getting food from here but after today we will never order again. Their credit card machine wouldn't take my order because of a chip malfunction even though it took the money out of my acct. The girl who took my order even said this happened to somebody right before me. After sitting in here for an hour on the phone with my bank who told me that the transaction had gone through and they even spoke to the girl themselves, they refused to refund me my money or even give me the food I ordered. I had to sit there and wait for the manager to even show up to dispute it with him. Showed him the processed transaction and even let him know that the girl had spoken to my bank. He just told me there was nothing he could do except swipe my card again, which I obviously didn't want to do. So now I'm out $20 with no food. Seriously, I would suggest getting wings from a pizza place...

7/8/2021. Customer experience was outstanding at this location. The environment was very clean and the employees were polite and professional. 01/07/2022. On or about every 6 months or so, I fly home to the East Coast, to see mi familia in DE. They say there’s nothing better than your MoMs cooking. Well there’s no other better wings location like WTG. Came back to this same location a couple times in December and I have to say WTG never disappoints. Special shout to Heather & Alexis for your great customer service, pleasant conversation and friendly smile. Your positive energy will not go unnoticed. I was fortunate/lucky enough to purchase some wing sauce and bring back to SATX. Finally I was able to bring the taste & flavor of WTG to homemade wings. See you again in a several...

This place is horrible the manager KELLy is very ignorant I got a door dash missing food and wings were hard as hell they told me to complain to DoorDash which I’m not doing they don’t make the food nor do they look to see if things are missing due to Covid restrictions.. I came back to the store with the items that weren’t cooked right I didn’t ask for x crispy they have no manager on duty the girl behind the register gave me the managers number to call when I did she has a attitude!! Then the lady cooking out her hands in raw wings no gloves and used the same hand to put fries in!! Never again will I be back here here is what fries with cheese I got oh the picture below is of my cheese fries...
