Taco Bell — Restaurant in Delaware

I used to go to this taco bell a few times a month for many years about a decade ago. Have not been back except a handful of times since then. So I stopped for 6 hard tacos. WOW, this place has really gone down a LOT in quality. Barely anything in each shell. If I counted all 6 tacos together , there was enough meat, lettuce, cheese to maybe make 2 and 1/4 decent taco. My friend manages another taco bell - I asked her if this was taco bell's new policy or just the manager of my local store's decision but she never answered me back yet. I am asking her again, since I DO NOT plan on going to this taco bell again, and if this is a general taco bell change and not just the one I am reviewing, I won't be going to any taco bells at all. I ordered meal number 9 which is a Mexican pizza 2 taco supremes and a drink. It was 7:00pm and I was on my way home from work. I stopped at the Taco Bell and went inside to order to go.... When I got home and sat down to eat I found that I did get the Mexican pizza BUT DID NOT get my 2 taco supremes. Instead there were 6 chicken wings in the bag that I did not order or want. By this time it was after 8:00 and raining so I decided not to go back to the store. The Mexican pizza was REALLY REALLY good but when I tried the wings I DID NOT like them. They were extremely dry and hard so I only ate one (barley) The service was great and the store was clean but my order was totally screwed up.... If i could rate this taco bell 0 star i would. I ordered from the drive thru and they gave me completely different order and of course i discovered it only when i got home which is 20min away. I called the store just to let them know, the store manager was so rude she kept saying that I'm lying and trying to get smart she wouldn't offer anything or at least apologize for their mistake+ she hang up on me. I had to drive all away to the store the manager of the night shift wouldn't give my money back or replace my order knowing that i brought their food back. I had to call the police to solve this problem. Police came went inside and brought me my money back. Store manager of night shift not proffessional, doesn't respect customers and rude.
