this place is great. the one in the strip center near cvs is nowhere near as good. i drive past that one to get to this one. they actually take time to spend with you and get you what you want. at the strip center they ignore you and act not friendly. i never go there anymore. the guy with braids is always there and he acts like a tool. he is an adult, but even the kids that work at this store are a million percent better than him. plus, it is clean, organized, and has a good vibe every single time. it must be a good manager there because it is a consistent difference in what should be the same or similar kind of experience when you shop in a chain store less than...

I was trying to buy a ps5 but one of the workers started talking badly to me and my friends. I was asking for the digital version, and he answered me but I couldn’t understand since he was talking to another person. I asked politely to confirm if I heard correctly, but he responded rudely and said “I already told you three times”. Honestly never had a bad experience here, the workers have been chill and are friendly, but this was very disrespectful even though I was buying a big item. I went to add money to preorder,but the cashier told me that my account had expired. So I renewed it for 15 dollars. However,the next day I saw that I had 2000 points and that my account would not expire until 2022. When I came back and told the cashier woman, she did not give me my money back.
