They were nice, I only donated some furniture. Got no cash for it (didn't expect any) just got a receipt. Wish they would have helped unload everything a little more with me though! While I was there I saw a really nice old person scooter though so it seems like they take and sell all kinds of things! I find it perplexing that they sell some of the furniture for hundreds of dollars yet don't offer up at least $20 or something. Who knows maybe I was supposed to haggle but I'm not that kind of guy!

Way too expensive now. Been going there 5 years, and now even their Fill-A-Bag is ridiculous. Sticker shock today 2 bags $10. I definitely won't be coming back. Supposed to be a thrift store. Want to sell more lower prices not by looking up on ebay. I used to buy tons in the store then had to switch to treasure hunting outside. I sure do miss the days of RONA. She knew how to run the place. Very sad day today indeed. I could've bought 100 books at North Ave Thrift for that price.

I walked into this store today right before 4pm, they close at 5. I began looking at clothes and found some items I wanted to try on. The employee in the store watched me browse and pick out these clothing items, yet it wasn’t until I walked toward her to try the items on that she rudely told me “You can’t try those on. No one can try anything on this close to closing” I told her she just lost my business and I went to put the clothes back although I wanted to throw them in a pile in the middle of the floor due to her hateful and slothful attitude. She said she didn’t care she was losing business. After I put the clothes away, I walked over to the door of the fitting room to see if there was signage regarding the closing of the fitting rooms. The sign on the door said the fitting room closes 30 minutes before closing and I approached her 40 to 45 minutes to closing and it would have taken me no longer than 15 minutes to try the items on. After reading these signs I pointed out what the signs on the fitting room doors said and she said “Well I don’t control that my managers don’t want anyone in there after 4:00” I suggested she tell her managers to change the signs on the fitting room to comply with this rule and she snapped, “oh I will. I’ll just tell them to take them down” You have completely lost my business, and based on other reviews, plenty of other customers’ business due to a similar attitude problem with employees. If you can’t treat customers with respect and decency, I hope you receive the consequences of the business...

I don’t often shop here but as we were looking around we had dropped a small glass item and quickly went to tell an employee. Store associate Jerry was very polite as we explained what had happened and we went back to looking around. As we were walking around we’d found another spot of glass and we could hear a female employee loudly complaining about not seeing any glass anywhere. Not too much later an older woman, with short pixie cut brown hair, walked up to us as commented on ‘why would someone say there’s glass in that aisle when it’s right here’. Seeing as we had been the ones to tell them about the glass, we explained there was in fact glass in the other aisle. We went to show her as she seemed to not believe us and saw someone had cleaned it already. The woman continued to go on about there never being any glass as she goes down the aisle constantly, and we again mentioned someone must have cleaned it already as it was shattered over the floor ten minutes prior. After finishing shopping we went to check out and could hear the woman very loudly saying we were rude to her to another associate. Ma’am, we were showing you where glass had shattered, a Safety Hazard. I am so sorry our concern for other shoppers health and safety offended you. We checked out with associate Jerry and he continued to be a wonderful help and very kind and polite. Not sure if I’ll continue shopping here if that woman is there, every other employee had...

This is one of at least two (that I know of) thrift stores supporting Pasco County's Gulfside Hospice. This location has mid low to mid range thrift pricing in general with a few things in the surprising low price range and more than a few in the unthrifty range. It seems like pricing is done by different people at that location resulting in some prices in the thrifty range but most in the mid to not thrifty range. Volunteers work the counter and stock the shelves (thank you, volunteers!), but none are available to help load furniture so plan accordingly if you are going to buy furniture. I bought a wooden bed frame (for a rare thrifty price) and no volunteers would help me get the furniture out to the sidewalk. But another customer did, so it all worked out. This location is inside a shopping center next to a Save a Lot and has plenty of free off street parking. They accept cash and major credit cards for payment. I believe they have some sort of loyalty program, but volunteers did say anything about it at the cash register when I checked out, so I am not certain. They run various sales specials. I do find thrifty bargains here but i have to hunt for them. However I do like supporting their...
