Nevin, was showing me explaining to me the lab diamonds and was explaining each one to me in depth and detail. he then showed me the natural diamond. Which I fell in love with the bracelet as soon as I saw it and knew that was the one for my wife. Nevin was great to work with and him sharing all the information and knowledge on the diamonds (natural or lab). He was even upfront with pricing difference from Natural and Lab.
