We have visited this store and bought two gold earrings and two pendants for my wife's necklace. The one ordered is lighter than the one bought from the window displays although both of them are the same karat. My wife went there and bought a gold ring for me as a surprise and specifically deal with the sales person(Haris) and asked him if she is able to return if the size doesn't fit and he agrees. The next day we went there and told them the size didn't fit and asked them if there is the same design but fitted size and they don't have the size option. We wanted to return but they said they only do resize or take other design which we didn't like. We don't want to take that resize path as resize is somehow cutting the ring and we suspect it could damage the original beauty and quality as we saw from the pendants that we ordered from them and didn't see the same exact quality. We have contended as they act like we are fraud and also the guy who sold the ring deny what he said about the return and that is red flag! These guys are not genuine on what they said or promise.

Suggestion:

1.Try to avoid this shop and shop around for good customer-care 2.Only buy from their display windows if you like it 3.Don't order as it could be different in quality and they don't return/refund for...

Let me start by saying Ask for Sam when you get there, the other gentleman is equally awesome but i forgot his name but i worked with Sam. First, i went there with absolutely no intention of buying a ring that day, I’ve only been shopping around in the mall, they showed me a ring that interested me immediately and gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse, and let me clarify refuse, i told him to wait and let me come back, he then said buy it now and ill add more discount, but i still went ahead and asked every jewelry store at the mall of they can match that price and none came close at all. I went back and got the sale from Sam. What made me go with Sam is the excellent customer service which is not prevalent at all, he’s all smile. Im big on customer service cause people will always remember how you make them feel. I stop by every time im at the mall just to say hi, my fiancé loves her ring and every time we stop by Sam will ask first if she still love her ring and if he can clean it for her. He even resized it at no cost. But you can’t find the customer service else where.. im coming back to by my ring.....

While at Fair Oaks mall today my fiancé stepped into Grand Jewelers to purchase my wedding band for our upcoming wedding. I later joined him in the store and he was thrilled with the deal Sam was able to offer him for the ring. So thrilled that we both decided to buy our wedding gifts to each other since we were already there and Sam advised us that he’ll continue to work with us to get the best deals on the items we want. My fiancé bought me a beautiful diamond tennis bracelet that I absolutely love and I brought him a gold chain that he’s been wanting. The customer service was excellent! Even though my engagement ring was not purchased from this business, Sam still offered to clean it to match the sparkle of my new bracelet. We walked out very happy with our new jewelry and will definitely be returning customers. I highly recommend this jewelry store and the gentleman that assisted us. Sam...
