I came here yesterday with my family (12/29), & we were honestly expecting so much more due to all the 5 star reviews this place has. My wife & I have middle eastern backgrounds, we make & eat food like this regularly, so we wanted to just get our cravings out & try this spot. The gentleman who helped us was very nice & polite, but the food was so bland. My wife had the mixed grill. There was no flavor in the mix grill, which brings the smallest amounts of meats. 2 small kaftas, 3 bite size pieces of beef & 3 bite size pieces of chicken. My children would not even eat the chicken because it was so dry. I ordered a chicken "shawarma". Please if you are middle eastern you know what a shawarma is. This was basically a chicken gyro with cubes of dry chicken. They used pita bread and put tzatziki sauce & call it shawarma, it's not even rolled up! And for appetizers we had beef samosas which were like lebanese fatayer that I'm used to but they were like cocktail appetizers, 4 pieces extremely small bite size for $8.99! This place is overly priced for the food they are giving out. Maybe people who are not used to middle eastern food are ok with this place, but this was nowhere near the quality, portion, or flavor we...

We had baba ganoush, falafel, chicken kabob, and some other things! The platters came with a bunch of extras that were all freshly made, evenly cut, and seasoned to perfection.
I'm so glad the sushi buffet place next door was full to the brim because I had the most satisfying felafel I've had in ages, and possibly the next baba ganoush of my life.
On top of that the place was clean, had several options for seating, and is a small business run by good people who are old friends from around the world.
I would come back here time and again just to read books in mellow light, chat with the staff, eat fresh flatbread, and watch children and families chow down until the plates are empty and...
