Decided to give them another chance. Placed a order for a name plate necklace. A day later they call me saying I was given the wrong price for what I requested. Supposedly the one I wanted was 130 more than what I was told. I asked for store credit or some kind of compensation for my inconvenience and it's just pay the higher cost or get the smaller size. They don't care at all about their customers. If you misquote you take the loss but I was being fair and willing to split 50/50.
