In my opinion as a 30 year rod crafter, shop somewhere else! Not the most honest company!!! I was sent an incorrect order. I was asked to send it back and include the shipping receipt so I could be given the cost back since I had NOTHING to do with THEIR mistake. You guessed right, I did not get my costs back for sending t THEIR mistake back! After repeated contacts and several weeks I got my original order, credit for being charged twice for the same order but NEVER got the return shipping costs that I paid to rectify THEIR MISTAKE! Shop elsewhere!! Update! I find it ironic that after trying to resolve this issue when it occurred Janns Netcraft didn't respond and things were NEVER settled! Now that a justifiable bad review was written, they NOW want to fix things!! They also want everyone to assume, (according to their ASSUMPTIONS), that I am satisfied with the outcome! I am NOT! Just avoid the dishonesty and shop somewhere else! I cannot and will not be satisfied until I get the money back that they OWE me for THEIR ineptitude! Only about 15-20 full size baits in the "assortment," that's not an assortment and not what was advertised- that is their way of getting rid of their crappie lure assortment baits that nobody is buying.
The description and image of the product is all full size lures, in contrast to their crappie lure assortment which is where the microfinesse baits are advertised. Deceptive advertising on the "full size assortment."

Awful customer service, they genuinely don't seem to care about honesty and transparency when it comes to their products and business. I had an issue with a product and they wanted me to pay to ship it back for a refund, but shipping was more than the cost o the product. So I would've just ended up spending losing money to have nothing.
Then they deleted a review I left on the product on their website. I didn't realize they deleted the review, I thought perhaps it didn't save.
I left a review again, and I'm certain it went through, but clearly they didn't want a negative review on one of their products so they deleted it again. This level of dishonest and shady business is shameful, I'll never order...

I ordered over $500 worth of merchandise and compared to others seen that you have free shipping (banner on website states free shipping over $150). I was charged the shipping after ordering yesterday. I called in today and at first was told there was a promo of 10 percent off and would be provided one or the other. I asked what one I received. I then asked what could be done not receiving either. The manager got on stating that the free shipping offer expired and the banner was still left on by accident. They would honor this with a $20 credit toward a future purchase. Asked when the 10 percent off promo ended. The manager said a couple of weeks back and the employee did not explain this correctly and was still in training. She stated hat they will still honor this with a $20 future credit and I could talk to the boss about it.. Told her it really doesn't matter as it's just disappointing and more irritated then anything but I understand that you can not take this away because the order already shipped. I just don't feel that the answers provided were completely truthful as the the free shipping over $150 is still up the time I posted this review. $550 is alot to spend and felt like the service really...
