Every time I go to the outlet mall I make sure to have a stop at the Finish Line here! The store is alway so organized and they have a better selection of trendy adidas shoes and clothes that you don't even see in the adidas outlet. The sales associates are ALWAYS more than helpful and when I have had an issue the manager Kevin was quick to step in and assist. I've been very nervous to shop in person since the pandemic but the staff here makes sure everyone is safe by limiting the amount of people in the store as well as ensuring everyone is wearing a mask and keeping their distance. While I do most of my shopping online I prefer to stop by this finish line for my shoes (you never know the sizing of some shoes) and if there is a shoe that I do like they they don't have in store 9/10 they can order it for me and have it shipped to me in ~2 days. Read moreMy husband and I went to this location Monday afternoon and it was not very busy. We got helped by a young guy that was very nice and only reason for the 1 star. While in the store my husband saw some shoes on display that he liked and the guy had left. The other workers were at the cashiers talking to each other so he noticed it was his size and proceeded to just try them out. A young lady noticed and told him he couldn’t try on shoes on display. We were both unaware of that and my husband apologized and asked if he could get one that size to try on. She left to go get it so we browsed around the clothing section while in the clothing section I hear the workers in the cashier gossiping about my husband trying on the display shoe but they were not being nice about it and making rude comments. Read moreExtremely poor customer service and clear discrimination at JD Sports! Two days ago we bought clothes for my son at JD Sports in Charlotte Premium Outlets. One of the shirts still had a security tag — an obvious mistake by the staff. Today, we drove over 30 miles back to the store to have it removed. I politely asked if they could offer a small discount or gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience — since it wasn’t our fault.
Instead, the manager acted rude and dismissive the moment he heard my accent. He interrupted me mid-sentence and started helping other customers while I was still speaking. This was humiliating and disrespectful.
We lost our time, gas, and nerves — and were treated like we don’t matter. If you’re an immigrant or don’t speak perfect English, don’t expect to be treated with kindness here. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Shame...
