I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your Augusta location. The customer service concerning the sales was fantastic as it was provided by Mr. Harmon. My wife and I had experienced a rather unsatisfactory adventure with a competing appliance store. After Mr. Harmon introduced himself, we were on our way to a very satisfying, professional and competent sales experience. Not only did they offer the same product as the other store, but it also came with a much lower price, local delivery and repair service. Which would lead if need to much quicker response times for customer concerns. On 27 Feb 23, their delivery team (please forgive me) I didn’t write their names down. They were great, they were polite, professional and took extreme care with handling our product as well as respecting our home. These guys were outstanding. As the saying goes "happy wife happy life" and your customer service brought joy to my wife and happiness to my life. If you would please inform the delivery team that delivered our product on 27 Feb 23 and the replacement part (door) on the following day how appreciative we were of their service and professionalism. Our overall satisfaction with the service we received from your establishment has been head and shoulders above any we have received in this area. It has now been 2 more weeks since I posted the initial post. I did receive a phone from owners of kelly appliances, to inform me that a represented for speed queen would call me. Which they did, now they are saying it might be 2 more weeks till my dryer will be working again. No one from Kelly appliances has called to make sure that my issue was in fact getting resolved. This company does not stand by its work nor does it care about the products they sell you. Once it’s off their truck, they don’t care about the quality of product. Their appliances aren’t cheap either, but don’t expect them to work. To be honest I would say it’s better that you go to Lowes or home depot. At least those organizations will replace broken equipment right away. Kelley Appliance doesn’t stand behind the appliance they sell. I have been without a working dryer for now 11 weeks.

Read moreExcellent service. We were in the market for a new washer and dryer after the junk we bought at a big box store went out. We wanted a Speed Queen and Kelly Appliance was a dealer for them. I called and a lady named Arris answered the phone. She was very pleasant and and said they had the Speed Queen models in stock. We went down and purchased the set that we wanted. Arris answered all of our questions and knew all about the Speed Queen products. We paid for our new washer and dryer and Arris scheduled the delivery. We were there for a grand total of 30 minutes. We did not have to try to find someone to help us as you must do at a big box store and we were not told a bunch of lies to try and make us purchase the set. Arris gave us the straight scoop and was very professional. Kelly's delivery guys showed up at 9:00 this morning and installed, tested and hauled away the old set and were gone by 9:30. They were very friendly and professional and very respectful of our home and property. Save yourself a bunch of grief by buying from Kelly Appliance instead of the big box nightmares.
